SCP Foundation - Creepypasta with roid rage - now ITT: SCP fans

The funniest part is that some ~6-7 years ago, when the tranny shit was already going on, even the trannies used to hate it when people made up their own bullshit object classes.

People resented that everyone's work was being actively ruined. Now that we're past the point of it all having been ruined, any remaining members of the SCP "community" crinkling their noses at whatever new, stupid shit is being injected into the smoldering remains extending into ten thousand-plus schlock entries just seem silly for pretending the thing they were complicit in killing isn't dead and is worth saving. Too late, R.L. Stine Jr.! Even the site's trans flag logo is a memetic cognitohazard; and some people still aren't taking the hint that the ship isn't un-sinking itself in their lifetime.

At least the Holders died a dignified death, modern scp is a cancer patient that refuses to die

You know what's funny about this post? There's an SCP/Holders crossover tale that pretty much says just that.

And it was first posted nearly a decade ago.

You had writers seeing this shit coming in the early days of SCP's downfall. Sadly, this guy still contributes to the site for some reason. It seems that he cannot let go.

He's some faggy gay "very ebil and dangerous god" that is trapped outside of the universe or some gay shit and if his 7th kid is born he gets to come back into our universe and fuck shit up
He's edgy as hell. "I found existence gay and cringe so I'm going to wipe out all of existence while I exist in it" or some dumb shit, hard to tell since everyone and their uncle has their own interpretation of his intentions. Even Grand Karcist Ion is more interesting.

Like the other guy, it's a mix of cognitive dissonance, Stockholm syndrome, nostalgia and a want of better days. They stick around and hope it gets better and back to the SCP they loved or they gaslight themselves into thinking that nothing is wrong. Worst case scenario they're fully on board to the disaster that is modern SCP.

So like Thanos if he hung out in San Francisco bathhouses.

Decided to go read some SCPs for the first time in a while, I've been coming back a few times a year and there's usually a few gems in the top rated pages despite everything. First one I click on is the top-rated page from last month, SCP-8801.

Lol, lmao.

I went back and saw you guys have already discussed it but I just wanted to mention I practically cackled when I realized why "Snapshots captured by SCP-8801 are brief and objective" is in there. The whole SCP only exists because the troon that wrote it knows his "gender identity" is indistinguishable from any other delusion, so he wrote a fantasy about something that can take an OBJECTIVE snapshot of a person and then has it OBJECTIVELY shift pronouns as the character it's observing mentally processes the decision to identify as a woman, and in fact loses track of him afterwards because he's OBJECTIVELY not the boy/man it was supposed to monitor.

It's literally just pure troon cope, reality bending cyber ninjas were less pathetic than this, and the miserable community still left on SCP thinks it's the best thing on there all month. I'm gonna take their word that the rest are even worse and go back to reading an actual book I think.

What article are you referring to with this line?
Oh none in particular, mostly memories of "Able" (who's still around in some form I think) and that "Dyne the Unfettered" one that I only know about because someone wrote weird revenge fanfic specifically demolishing him instead of just deleting the article. Back in the day bad SCPs used to be mostly teenagers writing about some Really Cool Dude they made up, rather than failed writers trying to shoehorn their entire awful magical realism novel into the site, or troons jerking themselves off.

Able still absolutely FUCKS and I will die on this hill

Edge incarnate, but damn we all need some edge in our lives. Add me to the hill. Except when someone else is writing him because honestly I don't think any other write actually read him and only understood "shadow weapons and rage, done."

Yet another description that fucking sucks and 90% of the article is addendums. What a surprise!
That's all of SCP now. New authors are actively being discouraged from writing articles that don't contain some sort of "story." You either have to coldpost or have your article idea critiqued before posting, and ideas that don't include a narrative are summarily rejected. Leading to a deluge of thousands of shitty articles like 8801 where the anomaly is a completely uninteresting and shitty plot device serving only the purpose of someone's power fantasy.

Can confirm, wanted to post one my old works a few years ago before I was made aware of the tranny infestation (I barely used the internet in general for personal reasons, imagine my disappointment when I found out) and they kept going on about needing a narrative. When I pointed out the older works not needing a story and doing well they got strangely upset and kept going on and on about how outdated they were. I promptly stopped talking to them and started looking into where it all went wrong. For years now I've avoided SCP like the plague since.

I've noticed there's something wrong with leftists where everything has to be a narrative, everything has to be metaphorical, and nothing can be just a literal description. A cigar is never a cigar in their world; it's always a gracefully feminine penis.

I have skimmed through the last couple of pages and from what I gather, most of you read / used to read SCP articles. I have never done this, but I enjoy listening to "The Exporing Series". Sometimes I actively listen, sometimes I just have it on as background noise.
Personally, I enjoy the fleshed out stories, although I can imagine a lot of shit is filtered out buy him choosing the best ones. This is probably, because I am pretty new to the SCP stuff and didn't grow up with it.
I enjoy the Amoni-Ram and Mamjul & Korar stories, for example. It's not the best writing, but I like the universe and the lore behind them.
