ECMajor is a fucking weirdo, I been keeping tabs on them for years. People hate him for drawing weird feral and abuse scenarios but I also heard that he is a die-hard vegan. The kind that gets himself banned from a BBQ because he smacked the burger from someone's hand.
Fuck yeah. I'm pretty good at not getting pissed off about lolcows, even ones with worse track records, but Charles Alexander Berry just makes me furious seeing him walking around a free man.
Trust me I know. It's my field. I've seen people walk away with a slap on the wrist for animals that were dead and actively dying. I've had to try to work with dogs who were so sexually abused they couldn't stay inside their sheaths anymore and what they did wasn't even illegal at the time with that one. I've seen the worst humanity has done to animals, and I've had to be the person to try to give those animals the ability to have a quality of life. Every time a zoophile gets arrested I am not joking about celebrating. I legit crack open a cold one every time I see it and it's my personal therapy.
I would gently point out that these fuckers have been at it long before Zootopia but I will say the fact that many of these artists use the Disney art style for their weird ass fetish art is very telling of the way that these freaks latch onto Disney properties...

Abusing something that is reasonably helpless is always a bad move and should be celebrated when they get taken in. It's also the sign that the person is probably lacking some form of power in their lives and this is how they try to capture it.

God let us never be proven wrong because it'd be a waste of genuine talent. His work on actual pen and paper is astounding and he could do some seriously incredible art aside from furry porn if he wanted.
Karma got him in the end but the US legal system in various jurisdictions failed to do their due diligence. Mainly the lack of enforcement or investigation into him living with animals after his first(?) Conviction. His parole officers really dropped the ball on that one.
