As for court updates, this is likely the last one for awhile. Sean is really going away for a long time if there is no bail and justice is served, and he's been denied bail around four or more times now.

If he listened to his lawyer I can imagine it was that he is in fact guilty, to lessen potential punishments, but time will tell.

TL;DR supervised probation, three years, for stalking. Abuse charges pushed to November, still scheduled for jury.
Unfortunately, we won't see progress on his animal abuse charges until November now. I meant to update when the continuances initially reflected online, but waiting also provided other things to surface and update regarding Sean's court records.
First, he was arrested but released same day (June 5th) for the aforementioned warrant that was issued in March, which he only found out about in early May, then avoided for a month. It was issued due to him stalking Rorek again, but for whatever reason it was decided to nolle prosequi this secondary(?) instance of breaking the peace order.
Besides this mild inconvenience for Sean, it looks like the stalking case is largely finished long as he behaves himself; Which I know is a struggle for such a monumental retard who was previously proclaiming online that all cases against him would go nowhere. Despite those online rants and his insistence he did nothing wrong, he did the smart thing and plead guilty which landed him on supervised probation for the next three years instead of actual time behind bars. I imagine this is going to be an actual test for him because the faggot couldn't even manage to not fuck up the period in between hearings before nuking his latest online persona. Incredibly lucky they decided to not go after him for additional charges.

In Maryland, a comtinuance will not be granted if discovery is not complete (see https://casetext.com/rule/maryland-...-trial/rule-2-508-continuance-or-postponement ) once a trial date is set, which in this case it certainly was. If I had to take a guess, it was postponed for an ordinary and mundane reason. We'll have to wait and see, but I expect the court tracker will be updated within the week with a new trial date.

A new case has opened against Sean. This is six new charges, separate from the original case but almost identical in every other way. More details below, and then some.
Due to the leniency of judge Joseph Michael Stanalonis, of course Sean was caught committing more sexual abuse of animals and zoosadism. This time, the charges that could be applied to zoosadism as previously pondered (CR.10.606.(b)(1)(2)), were in fact revealed to be about zoosadism. The initial indictment was posted 05/07/2024, and made news quickly in localareas of Maryland. Sean's first hearing for this new delivery of charges, which amount to largely the same felonies and misdemeanors in the same amount as his ongoing postponed case, will be June 18, 2024.
Now that a court has properly released information on this new indictment, whereas they only briefly touched on the sexual abuse his puppy in the first indictment and sharing of content via Telegram, he can no longer wave his hand at the zoosadism claims.
