so the issue here is that @Badungus Kabungus decided to ping @Hollywood Hulk Hogan into a thread that HHH had not posted in prior to being pinged.

Why not just take away reporting rights from users who abuse that feature? Something tells me that 90% of the reports come from 10% of the users, and I'm pretty sure I can name several of those users.

As we can see here, cowards like @Lurker think that snitching is an acceptable method of conflict resolution, making it the jannies' job to figure out what exactly in those posts hurt @Lurker's delicate feefees.
