Self defense in the UK nope cant help you you're screwed.

Now if you were in the US I would just tell you to buy a gun.

Though won't that result in me getting arrested?
If ya really wanna fuck somebody up you should get a nice thick roll of coins. Bash someone upside the skull with the bottom just right and they’ll be on the ground writhing in pain.

Just go with the old Millwall Brick. Newspaper, coins and water to make a makeshift brick.

Its fucking hilarious how poorly self defence is taught in our country.
Back in secondary school we had a Mix Marshal Arts Club, the teacher was a former police officer who for some reason decided to work at the school. Anyway one lesson in October we where taught basic self defence.

Firstly we where told "not to go down dark alleyways or trees" when it was night because thats where all the thugs went.
Secondly we where taught that if a guy grabbed our wrist and didn't let us go we where to clench our fist and to twist our ways out of their fists, then the best part... run away.
Finally we where taught that if a person had their arms around you, you where to hump back into their balls or kick their legs or violently struggle your way out and yet again... run away.

This way before london became the stabbing range. Now we have this Run, Hide, Tell stuff by the government.(there was no point since everyone knew to run) Honestly even though i live near one of the cities i am desperate to move to Norway or Switzerland despite my parents objections. The US(as I've been told by both Citizens and tourists) is hard to live in without a damn car and the school system.

I belive this scene depicts the different approches to self defence in the UK, your either lucky enough to have ww2 vet family member who managed to keep some serious hardware, or you use an air rifle.
