It keeps slueths a step or 2 behind too. If you keep the leaks and intentionally leak a month or so behind the hounds will be sniffing out the wrong areas. Once chris stopped wearing his medallion and most of his iconic clothing in public is when we lost the scent and these intentional leaks started happening. Knowing there is a true and honest finland connection to his dualingo is interesting though and makes me ponder.

Most Finno-Ugrics live outside Finland. They used to be nomadic tribes and there isn't exactly a lot of land to traverse in Finland itself. Most modern day Finns themselves are mostly Finno-Scandi mixes, not pure Finno-Ugrics themselves.

The one picture of Chris is from a security camera footage from a "Normal" store, meaning if the person leaked both the picture and the video, he/she would pretty much have to be a security guard working in that location. There are strict rules on how to handle personal data, such as security camera footage, and it is pretty much always handled by security guards operating those cameras in malls, where stores like Normal operate.

This is actually quite "big", because it means that somebody has committed a crime by leaking this footage to the public. I'm pretty sure we could get a decent shit storm cooked up in this country, since data security issues, internet stalking and shitty security guards have all been in the headlines in Finland quite recently. All that would be needed to do is to report this to the police, media and Normal that some shithead mall cop is leaking confidential data to get internet points by doxxing the location of one of their customers. If Chris is in Finland, local media will contact him, make a sob story of transhatred, internet bullying and whatnot, and we can be sure that this whole trip to Finland thing wasn't just some elaborate trolling attempt.

Here's the thing though: Chris is not reacting to this "leak".

He very casually dismissed people photographing him in public last Christmas, there was a literal threat to the person who took those drive by shots of his house (Freakyshit or whatever his name was) and he punched a hole in his wall before he was arrested over My Little pony.

Some of these leaks might be real (particularly when we get a shit of Flutters face) but Chris is not reacting to us knowing that he's in Finland.

And why not continue to film him?

These sightings, whether they are real or not, drum up business for the website and keep people interested in Chris.

If you want these to be "legit" sightings, Caden, you have to have Chris reacting to them somehow.

Vepsians are a really obscure Finno-Ugric ethnic group, they mostly live in Russia not too far from the Finnish border.
