I didnt care about all the pachinko shit cause its just branding slot machines and people are coping if they think its taking away from properties like megaman or metal gear or whatever. But this is disgusting its everything bad about games concentrated into a single media blob.
 
Why are there so many franchise rapists in the entertainment industry? You can make 10x the money actually giving fans what they want.

See that's the fun part. Thanks to Blackrock and all these other shady globohomo shadow financiers that have virtually infinite money thanks to having access to pension funds they don't have to appeal to anyone or make a profit.

They can get infinite free cash injections which largely match what they would have made through sales anyways plus they get to thumb their noses at the uneducated masses which they despise.

For WEF types that's pretty close to heaven.

I don't believe you.

Not because what you're saying is dumb necessarily, but because I refuse to believe that such retardation is possible. I can't wrap my head around having infinite money, just so it could be burned along some dead, beloved franchises.

The 2 remake is going to be terrible I'm not buying that crap. The trailer shows pyramid head front and center in hi res graphics and they could not have missed the mark on the bathroom scene harder if they tried.

All we have left is ryu_07's new title which seems like some genuinely good Japanese horror but isnt a Silent Hill title. Silent Hill is explicitly a series made by Japanese devs interpreting American horror movies.
 
So after the lazy MGS collection and this clusterfuck, whatever little hope I had for the sh2 remake evaporated faster than you can say TRAUMA!
