One guy gave him money to get the Pac-Man World remake and never ended up doing so and once he asked Rob to refund the money he told him to fuck off and blocked him telling him "$60 isn't much for a game stream" holy shit the damn nerve
And Rob was never even that popular to begin with. His channel never even broke 20k subs. Before his drug crashout I believe his channel was stagnant at around 19,400 subs total. I don't even wanna know how much his ego and narcissism would've driven up if he ran a channel with like a quarter to half a million subscribers. It is quite fascinating how even the slightest amount of internet fame can make people this way. Many times over the years during streams he would say things like "not many people can run a channel for as many years as I have and still be relevant" you ain't relevent my dude and mostly never were. This thread is the only thing keeping you "relevent". If we didn't enjoy talking about you your ass would've been forgotten by now. I hardly consider getting a couple thousand views a video to be that relevant but sure, go on little buddy. Thank God Rob never became some gaming essay channel. If he ever bothered actually putting any kind of effort into being a content creator I could totally see him putting out 2 hour videos with titles like "Actually, You're Wrong About Castlevania: Symphony of the Night" and "Finally Fantasy X is Actually Garbage, Here's Why It Sucks" on a whim with his contrarian ever changing opinions on games and go rake in those sweet YouTube shekels but he never could be able to do anything beyond the bare minimum.

Always starts shit, never finishes it or just half asses it. Say what you want about somebody like James Rolfe but at least he delivers an AVGN video every couple months or so.
