Thank God Rob never became some gaming essay channel. If he ever bothered actually putting any kind of effort into being a content creator I could totally see him putting out 2 hour videos with titles like "Actually, You're Wrong About Castlevania: Symphony of the Night" and "Finally Fantasy X is Actually Garbage, Here's Why It Sucks" on a whim with his contrarian ever changing opinions on games and go rake in those sweet YouTube shekels but he never could be able to do anything beyond the bare minimum.

Dude always had empty promises, even back then. He would make 'part 1' of something and people would expect more from him but never delivered.

"More reviews are coming, bitches." Releases either none or maybe just one.

It's a habit he never got over and I don't know why. My theory is that, if he sees his content not do well view-wise, he loses motivation at an instant.

It's instant gratification with this guy.

That's a main reason why his channel never took off. That and taking year long breaks whenever the fuck. The guy cannot commit to fucking anything. Always starts shit, never finishes it or just half asses it. Say what you want about somebody like James Rolfe but at least he delivers an AVGN video every couple months or so. Yeah they're Screenwave slob written shit videos that are mostly phoned in but at least the fans get what they're promised. Rob was jealous he never got to play in the big leagues but didn't wanna put in the effort to do so. Just a bunch of half ass empty promises. The guy has no motivation to have any kind of consistency so I don't know why he bothers to tell people he's gonna do this and that when he clearly doesn't care that much other than to just get people's hopes up knowing the mouthbreathers will show up to suck him off no matter what.

Maybe (wishful thinking) he actually got a job and realized that streaming to a shortbus of 12 spergs wasnt worth the effort.

The only thing im waiting on now is the new Dr Phil video about Rob (dude announced it 3 fucking weeks ago). After that I probably wont even bother following Rob's nonsense anymore.

The truth is, he thinks so highly of himself and his older works, he can't see past the delusions of grandeur. The expectations he has set for himself are too high.
The same rush someone would feel for getting a video with over a million views or thousands of live viewers he felt when a video only hit a few thousand or <200 live viewers. Those numbers are nothing compared to streamers today, Someone who took nearly a decade to get 10K subs, then got an additional 5-8k when Mutahar shared his video. It's got to feel insurmountable when you are stagnant at 19k subs for the remainder of your channel's life.

This motherfucker has always had audio issues in his streams. People have bitched about it for years for years but he's always like "it's fine guys, quit bitching". Dude should go out and get an actual quality mic with his BUNCHA MONEY that he totally has guys.

I can almost guarantee he decides when to stream it’s based on his sudden desire for material possessions. He’s probably at home thinking “I want a PS5 and my PS1 collection back. I’ll get my idiot fans to pay for it!” I truly think he expected things to go back to how they were and he would have either gotten a couple hundred bucks in one stream or some retard to gift him a PS5. Neither happened, and I could tell he really wanted to shit talk his audience for not giving him anything. He wants to say dumb shit like “when this blows up remember you guys were here first” but he is too lazy to remove the picture of his faggot tranny boyfriend from his profile picture to something else. Dude also streams at the most ass times typically either early in the morning or late at night, he can't stream at a decent evening time where people are most likely to show up. If he wants to become a successful Twitch streamer (not gonna fucking happen) he needs to take things like that into consideration. He can try to persuade as many faggots back into giving him money again as much as he wants but he ain't seeing anything more than loose pocket change at this point. The days of 50 and 100 dollar donations are long gone. His chat only ever has the same handful of morons but oh "my Twitch is super successful guys, It's better than YouTube was". He knows damn well how much of a lie that is, it's just complete cope because he regrets deleting his channel and selling everything. He's not gonna "blow up" on Twitch at all. The only "blowing up" that's gonna happen is when everything blows up in his face and Twitch bans him for being un-PC.
 
Honestly, Rob getting $3 in donations is way funnier and more insulting than him getting no donations at all. It just puts everything into perspective. Dude lost like 95% of his audience and 99% of his stream revenue. Apparently those aren't stark enough numbers for Rob to read the the fucking room.

You know, Rob. There have been a lot of "surprises" in the past year. You've been full of surprises. You've encountered a few surprises. However, I don't think this is going to make the list. I don't think it's "surprising" that people don't want to give you money. Are you surprised they don't want to pay for your next pill bottle or your next silicon-based shopper's high? Are you surprised that they aren't eager to pay you to NOT play the roms they requested and then laugh at them afterwards? Are you surprised they aren't overwhelmed with enthusiasm for your low energy stream to the point where they feel compelled to throw money at it?
