It's an orgasm attained without stimulation of the penis. I think what was brought up earlier in the thread might be true, that this whole sissy hypno thing is a psyop. There's a website called "hypnotube" where there're many well edited videos. Because of the sheer number of well edited videos, I find it hard to believe it could be work of hobbyists alone. The main differences between sissies and troons is that with sissies, it's nearly or entirely sexual whether as with troons, it isn't always sexual (or at least, they're claiming it isn't a fetish. Depends on the troon).
