I honestly doubt that sissy hypno porn is a psyop. It doesn't seem to be the most efficient way to do a psyop (your potential victims are kinda limited).

I kind of hope this thread doesn't die, because the sissy community has some fucking hilarious branches. Years ago I went into a deep dive into the sissy community on Literotica, it was some of the most horrifying and amusing stuff I've ever read and I might go back to see if it's still as bad as it was. The short version is that there were two main groups of sissies that were really funny, the first being guys who were convinced that they were inferior men who not only should, but must become pseudo-women because it was the only way their lives would have meaning. The second was gay men in denial who dressed up as and pretended to be women because they thought this would make them less gay than doing regular gay sex.

The first group was the craziest and had some even more batshit groups within it. Especially the black supremacist sissies who believe that all white men are inferior to blacks as men and should be feminized and used as sex slaves by their black masters. It might just sound like something they'd fantasize about and leave it at that but I distinctly remember a thread of sissies posting pictures of them supporting black supremacy at BLM protests and stuff like that. Others were basically incels who took incel ideology to a natural extreme, believing that all beta males were useless as men and can only be useful as slaves to both men and women. There are some sissies who treat this kind of ideology as a goddamn religion, believing that they must literally worship masculine men and spend all their time online trying to get people to join them.

Troons and sissies also get into some absolutely hilarious slapfights because they both act almost identically, the only difference being sissies seem to be aware that they're men pretending to be women and make no pretenses about that. As you can imagine, troons are absolutely infuriated about this.

Can confirm, there are threads like this on 4chan's /r9k/ all the time and have been for years now. It's probably a mix of trolling and some coomer who gets off on imagining all the white incels becoming their feminized slaves or something.

Sissies are basically the boomer version of troons so it isn't surprising they have no concept of web design. In many ways they're creepier than troons since they dress like dolls a 5 year old girl would play with decades ago, that's part of why their fiction and pictures is so disturbing.
