Shadows are supposed to make the base color of the skin darker. The only spot with a highlight on Kristoph's face in his official art is the extra pale dot on his nose; his base skin color is not a highlight. Just because Klavier is tan doesn't mean Kristoph is. Someone who almost never includes shading in her own drawings and has clearly shown signs of purposefully racebending/blackwashing for no reason shouldn't be judging others for giving Kristoph the correct skintone.

I think that there are certainly other fandoms with much, much more SJW art than Ace Attorney, but I just tend to go through the Ace Attorney tags often & post them here regularly, myself. It's a (technically) smaller starting point IMO, and often leads me to more tards to post.
