That's pretty much it, yeah. A lot of trans folk with extreme dysphoria would do anything to be cis, seen as such physically, blend into society quietly and opt if they can for surgeries like keyhole where there's none of those big ugly chest scars. Seeing them all the time in art is honestly pretty unrealistic. They are definitely not that visible in real life when years go by, especially with decent muscular development that hides some of it. It definitely feels fetishistic, trying to draw attention to things where many trans folk would rather not have those exaggerated.
