That tree is genuinely disturbing. I can understand the desire to speak of the importance of motherhood, having children, and that it really is a sacrifice from the mother. Yet.. fruit.. babies. I really don't get the appeal of making trans headcanons for character who are portrayed by real, live actors. We already have characters who are 1. trans and 2. played by trans actors.

Afaik gynecomastia cannot produce breasts as they appear on a female. gyneco-boobs are purely fat based, and often have a tube-like shape to them if they get particularly large. Then again, I'd be impressed if a sjw would unironically draw a man with gynecomastia and not turn him into some genderspecial. Again, it's diversity in the eyes of someone whose not willing to look at the world on a broader scale than what their screen shows to them.
