i always have beef w redesigns of "sexist" outfits, esp when they completely take away the cool and heroic feel and just make em look like a cosplayer who cosplays with clothes they already have

What the fuck does this even mean? Pigs aren't common pets for plenty of sanitary and economical reasons. We specifically eat those types of meat because it's easy to produce and it's good for you in moderation. Also, shaming others for loving their pets because they eat OTHER types of meat. Nice.

I totally get it. The style itself is not as much as a problem as how overused it is for "feminist" art. It can definitely work, but I guarantee that the only reason many people on Tumblr use it is because it's lazy and easy to do.

Love live girls are idols, they're supposed to look attractive or cute. Making them chubby or browner is fine but 80% of those fanarts made them ugly. It's why most boy or girl bands are such a huge hit, because they all don't look like slob.
