So on the internet, TiMs do a lot of behind-the-scenes work that gets outshone by the more visible craft that TiFs have decided to pursue.

The long answer revolves around the episode "Dipper Vs. Manliness", which begins with Grunkle Stan and Mabel making fun of Dipper for not being "manly" enough. Instead, he's a lanky, weak and feeble 12-year-old that likes being well-groomed, singing cheesy pop songs in the mirror and doesn't have any hair in his chest (what 12yo would?), so he must be "girly" as a result.

And this makes sense, because lots of troons love to act like if a character doesn't conform to gender norms/stereotypes then they must be trans as well. The irony is palpable in this one.

Of course, such idea ignores the episode's actual plot. Dipper runs into the woods hoping to become "manly", only to come across a race of minotaur people (I believe) that show him that even the strongest and burliest manly men enjoy being well-groomed and singing cheesy pop songs, and that Dipper should just be himself. Too bad troons can't into media literacy, because the message is literally stated in the episode as such and they still troon the kid out.​
