If they are "identical" twins they... well that's true. Identical twins are nature's clones. Even their genes match (including the genes for male & female).

Dipper and Mabel would have to be fraternal twins (no real different from regular siblings save they were roommates from the start) since they are different sexes.

Wtf?? How does this help spread the message? This feels like a spit in the face to the people suffering out there. Imagine being at risk of losing everything you have, and learning that thousands of people have banded together to… trade fanart of cartoon characters waving your country flag and celebrating. I’d be fucking pissed. These drawings are not impactful to anyone outside of the fandoms they cater to, the members of whom are almost definitely participating in this pseudo-activism already. No government official or military is going to see this and have a change of heart, nor is anyone even remotely connected to those in power. Not on have I seen people talk about writing to their government officials or organizing anything more than a one-day strike. The most I’ve seen is protests in the street several months ago and a video of people shoplifting Israel-sourced products from a local drugstore. ????
I remember about a week ago seeing the spread of the news about that one safe territory being bombed or whatever, and people lamenting and saying shit like “we’ve failed the Palestinians.” Uh, no shit! They don’t need your fan art or your pity. Either accept the circumstances or take actual actions towards making things better. Ive accepted that my efforts are best directed towards working towards my goals and making a difference in areas immediate and of interest to me, but keyboard warriors feel obligated to spread their efforts across every tragedy ever and effectively fail to do anything important in the end. Not a word of advice as to how to make a change is passed around with this art, nothing motivating or instructive. This is the shittiest propoganda movement I have ever seen.

Yeah, either of the 60+yo men are totally going to lop their dick off at any given moment. Thing is, protesting for these people means "informing" people of what's going on and occasionally linking a fundraiser, but that's it.
Nobody partaking in these Ukraine/Palestine/Congo campaigns would have the resolve to go down the streets and "fight the establishment" directly, with protests and whatnot: not only are they too lazy to even do that, but the conflict is just the trending [Current thing] and the more you support it the more moral asspats you get for supporting le underdog Palestine and fighting against le evil Israel.
Granted, the boycotting of goods was the closest thing we got to these folks doing anything useful other than xeeting about the conflict, but again, it's a passive action and way more likely to financially harm the college student working overtime at McDonalds rather than the billionaire CEO they're fighting against.

MATI aside, I feel this is not as... horrific? terrifying? as the rest of the SJW horror tranny drawings ITT, just your average "draw character as x" but with even more Palestine pandering because that's the thing that's trending, with all the virtue signaling that comes with it.

I am so glad this episode aired before troonery started becoming more mainstream, because I remember when a comparatively newer show made basically the same episode, except the "unmanly" character was advised to chop his dick off with "transition magic".
The reason I was never onboard with a lot of this trans stuff was because every case of someone not feeling their gender I've heard of is just them not confirming to the most old timey 1950s gender roles that "progressives" like them should be more against than anything.

Identical twins do, since to be identical, they need to also have the exact same sex chromosomes, which is why it is impossible to get identical twins who are different sexes.
However, as others have stated earlier, Mabel and Dipper are not identical twins as these loons keep claiming, they are fraternal, and its only the art style of the show that makes them appear to be identical.
