The gore art already puts her on paper-thin ice. I suggest she 1. cut out all this tranny shit, she'd be much happier without it. 2. Wipe out all the deranged tweets on her profile. 3. Quit assuming everything means doomsday. You can either take control of the situation, or let the situation take control of you. 4. Kids say the darndest things. Laugh and don't take them to heart.

You've made some great points. I have forgotten their views on God or religion but I would not be surprised if they were an atheist. Or maybe they were Hinduist. I did some quick searches and found that Hinduists are more likely to accept homosexuality and transgenderism than other religions. Lucky them, they found a safespace then...

I will say they still draw well to me (I guess this just proves how worthless my art is) but if this is the typical Twitterino style that sucks.(FYI I steer clear from that space and am unfamiliar with the 'culture' there)

What I am concerned with is that for someone who complains so much about the negativity in their life and surroundings (Palestine is near and dear to them for some reason) they draw art that perpetuates that negativity. These drawings are not viewed by people in isolation; they are connected to the artist's worldview. For our dear artist here, it is a misanthropic, nihilistic, also gleefully self-destructive view.

I get it. 'Being' is hard and I grappled with my existence often when I was still a kid, or a younger teenager. I was cynical, still am sometimes.

But that's not all I am. That's the point. Cynicism and Nihilism aren't meant to be philosophies, they are meant to be feelings that you work on and overcome, so that you may find a better state of mind. An inability to do so was what plagued men like Karl Marx, who in his own father's words, "spent nights giving birth to monsters".

Now I am not saying this artist I knew is capable of such destruction like Marx. They never seem to quite get on the radar of the social media vortex. But when they do, I don't expect it to end well. I could offer my help but our friendship has been soured already.
