looks and sounds like death they're radio emissions from the planet's aurorae, where magnetic field lines thread the polar regions, but you get the idea. Solarballs Saturn is a massive pushover. The artist's justification is that
Saturn is less dense than water and pirate ships float on water. Which is true. However, the show's Saturn is more like an effeminate mother hen with a Mid-Atlantic accent. Unlike the Venus one, I can't even look at the character sideways to justify the design. It's like flabby sleazy uncle Goku in that it makes no sense and goes completely against the character's personality. I'd get it if it were based on the planet and only the planet, but if you're using a character with a preestablished personality then at least try to incorporate it into your design. Another example of "just make your own characters."
