Why does Tumblr have an obsession with vitiligo?

  • Suicide Girl model and America's Next Top Model contestant have it, spread on Tumblr, that's why.

This is Norman from paranorman, people on tumblr like to ship him with Dipper from gravity falls

He is 11 and this makes sick.
What's up with people on Tumblr coloring knees/ears/shoulders/etc like they've got a rash? I've noticed that it isn't just the noses that are often red.

It's supposed to represent the fact that those areas get more blood flow or something. "Blushing" is the word I'm looking for, I think. I had a roommate who was a very talented artist, but did that stupid shit, and that was the explanation she gave me. When it's done subtly, and not all over the place, it isn't necessarily bad. It's when it's a solid circle of red that doesn't blend in at all with the skin tone that makes it look like leprosy.

Why do these ugly reimaginings always have such nasty facial expressions to boot? It's like they're constantly plotting on cutting each others' throat or taking over the world.
It's like tumblr is determined to make everything as ass ugly as possible just because the users themselves are no treat to look at. Once upon a time, we had fantasy to escape reality. Now everything has to be shit because nobody can put down the box of goddamn twinkies.

I accidentally found Tearzah's NSFW account while looking for a specific picture to show my friend.

Here it is - a lot of the newer stuff is censored or just shows no genetalia, and you have to pay to see some of the badly drawn peens and vagoos. If I wanted to see weirdly stylized porn, I could just go on Rule 34 for free.

Oh wait a second, I remember this blogger a few years back now.
This is the one that tags anything remotely different from a human being as "body horror".
I mentioned (her?) in this thread.

Yes yes, weird art style is "Horrifying" and whatnot, but she tags it on everything as if this would actually disturb anyone. Being stupidly too cautious is inadvisable even on tumblr, because if you mix up your mild shit with your hardcore shit under the same tag, your followers are either gonna peek to look for the mild shit, or unfollow from seeing the spam of "POST BLOCKED FOR CONTAINING "BODY HORROR". I think that's what I ended up doing, back when I had to keep such tags blacklisted when I wanted to browse in school.

It's funny to see her habits haven't changed for 4 years. I think the only improvement I've noticed is her art quality.
