I need to ask the question if any legitimate trans people really like this? Being portrayed as the manliest woman possible or being shown as the girliest man. Is it that hard to just draw a trans man as a man or a trans woman as a woman? Do they really need to show every single bit of hair, acne, scars, and blemishes on the body? Does that really have the be the best "representation" of trans people?

Last time I checked, drawing a trans person as a normal person who's transitioned is the best option, but these people obviously have some sort of fetish or something because this is really gross.

Short answer: No.
Long answer: Only genderfuck/gender anarchist fags intentionally trying to be shocking as part of their autistic crusade against gender roles gender basic human decency and fashion sense want to be perceived like this

These artists though... They see that trans people don't like how they look, and they're so swallowed up in the body positivity bullshit that they think trans people just need to be shown how beautiful they really are-- because tucute rhetoric being preached as part of the SJW curriculum has virtually erased the concept of dysphoria (unless it has to do with transboi boobies and even then you have the luv-ur-tiddies jackasses). They don't understand that trans people aren't just sad because of "societal beauty standards". Nobody is upset that they aren't pretty, they're upset that they don't even look like the right sex to begin with.
