About the trigger warning post: Twitter have this weird trend of "fiction affect realize" copypasta threads. Do anyone notice that this same argument mainly rant on 2D media. It's always discourse over cartoons and anime/manga, it sometimes happen with live action media but it's always about 2D fictional characters.

It's always confuse me how some people rant how anything bad in fiction(mainly sexual content) happen to 2D fictional characters, it can affect the real world and normalize it when society don't see cartoon characters as serious like them.

At its base, though, as long as it's super colorful, they think that what they've made is a masterpiece. That sparklechild star eye shine shit has flooded sites like DA and Tumblr since 2013ish. The pride flags are just an added bonus.

Looks better to me, and it also makes the bright pink of the outfit work better. I guess they don't want to do it because "blonde" is too important for the character's signature look.

Interestingly enough I’ve come across it used a lot to downplay the struggles of black people who happen to have lighter looking skin.

Word is a massive red flag for people crusading against racism whilst being massive racists themselves. The term might have had some merit at some point but any time it’s used it’s always for woke racism.

When I first saw people racebending characters (many, many years ago), I thought that the point was to show the character as it would be if it had actually been born and raised as whatever race they were bent into. That may have been naive of me, since this thread proves that most of these assholes are only interested in giving the characters a perm, a spray-tan, a bad attitude and noncanon political views.

But I still like the idea of the characters turning out different based on their race. You would imagine people who put such insane importance on skin color like SJWs would be all for it, but apparently race really is only skin-deep for them.

SJWs "fixing" other people's art is also something I heavily despise.

Screenshot taken from this video here, it just caught my eye while I was letting YouTube run in the background and thought the case above might fit here.

Edit: I just noticed she even mentions the farms, this thread specifically, in her video without understanding how the farms work. Oops.

(Late I know) I think what makes this redraw worse, Besides the irony of their critiques and ego, is that the original is a (Draft for a) commission, meaning this character possibly doesn't even belong to Creeps, Not saying the original is perfect there are plenty of obvious flaws I could point out, but then again it's a DRAFT, and supposedly not the final product.
