Looked into her hacked account a bit more cause I was curious what else the hacker leaked. Turns out she wasn't actually a minor and she is 22 years old. The hacker also posted her block list and mute list, out of those two the mute list is the more interesting one (also the block list is waaaay too long for me to post here):

I'm almost 100% sure that she was never hacked in the first place and this whole thing was just a trolling thing. I mean the hacker's art style has some big similarities to Zee's art (except that the "hacker" is a NSFW artist and it's drawn better). They have a similar line thickness and sketchiness to it, use a very similar color palate and the way they shade their art. Also the "hacker" made a Patreon not long after Zeena asked in a pol if she should create an account for future artworks and comics.
