Honestly, I think the female goblins look pretty stupid. I mean, they look like fangy frogs. They could've just kept the male designs and declared half of them female anyways. (Though they still look better than the bald chick with the super round eyes.)

Go Make Me a Sandwich is another of those bitchy blogs about sexism, racism, etc in game design. There's just something amusingly bitchy (to a point) about these kinds of SJW critics.
- Marvel at how the game, Smite, is sexist (too many good/neutral aligned goddesses), too sexualized and full of cultural appropriation (for using a non-dead religion, Hinduism, in its pantheon.)
- The undead shouldn't have boobs! (Nor do they like it when reptilian characters have them as well.)
- How dare this set only has one women per pic despite having moderate clothing on them!
A few rebuttals to that shit you linked to:
- Creative license, do SJWs even know what the fuck that is? Using a mythology as a base does not mean you are forced to follow it to the letter in a creative work.
- If humanoid undead didn't have sexual characteristics, I would call that censorship or just plain odd.

I agree, unless you really, really bend over backwards, but even then. I can let zombies with boobs off since unless the body is really decomposed, those things are going to stay on for a while. (They just don't fall off when you die.) Also some litches are better preserved than others. But there's always been this weird breast-phobia with these people that even the slightest hint of cleavage or acknowledgement that boobies exist gets them pissed.
Personally, the woman on GMMaS sounds more shrill than funny likes she thinks she is. Something tells me that she wouldn't be a lot of fun to play with. (Even the more toned down gaming groups.)

As far as mythology goes, one can ask why even give a crap about a Greek god being given blonde hair? I'm pretty sure a mythological god could defy some aspects considering many stories get a sort of change or embellishment. As for the complaint of a Hindu god, they should complain about SMT since that is a game where one could get Shiva and Vishnu to fight against a Norse god like Thor or Odin.
As for humanoid undead, some parts of their bodies would rot away. Even if one complained about breast being intact, who thinks it wouldn't have something within it like maggots and worms? @Yaoi Huntress Earth mentions the body being intact for some undead and one thing to note with the images in the link where they complain about the dead, some of the flesh is sewn on. Whose to say it isn't a corpse way to try and stay fully intact? Complaining about breast on a corpse? The only way a corpse wouldn't have it is if something happened to said breast were mangled with the rest of body, being torn off or if the corpe was literally a shriveled mummified body like a draugr from Skyrim or a hollow from Dark Souls.
That third link, it is just complaints. Just complaints.

Flesh golems like the one on that cover can keep themselves better preserved than your typical zombie and vary in how they look. Some are monstrous, some can kind of pass for human or look just like Herman Munster.
As for the third one, you can practically hear the screeching as you read it.

I think it's less that they have tits an more that the tits are often the only part of the body that looks "fresh"
Like female draugr in skyrim are cool female undead that are clearly women (or were once women) but you would not want to cop a feel. Skyrim in general is a fun example of monstrous female humanoids that are clearly feminine, maybe even sexy (looking at you fire daedra) but still, you know, monsters.
The undead link is full of hit or miss examples of this. While there are a lot of cases of "face ruined tits fine" which bugs me cause sexy zombies are a thing that squicks me in a way I have trouble describing there are also examples of zombies who just happen to have been women. Like zombie prostitute, who has an unfortunate title but is otherwise obviously rotting all over not just above the neck or below the waist.

I kinda wonder of the "face ruined tits fine" in terms of context. It could work if said undead were like a trap, say luring some pervert of whatever into a sense of security till its too late or if said creature could be like that of a Silent Hill monster in some case. Hell, if it were brought back by a necromancer, it could be justified by how the necromancer has its undead look if there is a game where some evil undead raising mage bases its creatures off of. Hell, if one wants example of a dead chick with breast intact that could be a good example similar to a female Draugr, that would be Evil Marie from CarneEvil. She's a boss enemy that tries to kill you with an axe and the more you shoot her, the more mangled her face is, like with any other boss.

Maybe, the face in particular bothers me because there are other body parts you can go for if you want the "partially decayed" look. You could even get some clever commentary in if you wanted to. Like a female zombie whose body is intact but whose intestines and other soft organ meats have rotted away leaving a hollow concave hole. Makes logical sense (soft tissues always the first to go) and could be a fun reference to fad dieting or eating disorders if you want to get deep with it. Face seems like it's common for two reasons. One for shocking reveals where an otherwise fine human being turns around to reveal some sort of grotesque visage. The other as a sort of "Well the face didn't matter anyway amirite?" joke. For non-individual characters (re: silent hill nurses) lack of face make them more drone like which makes them feel more overwhelming when you find yourself in a room full of them.
Context is important because context is always important. The nurses work for me because A: They're not mundane undead they're more like demons and their appearance is a direct result of Jame's mental and emotional state upon reaching silent hill.
There's another character, Odette from Odin Sphere who has literal floating breasts (look up a video I can't do this proper justice) and a pretty face but half of her is a skeleton (and the less said about what's under her dress the better) but she works in context because she's a goddess so she could look like a pink fluffy bunny if she wanted probably.
Necromancers designing their undead to be sexy would be an in setting justification for intact tits (and whatever that would mean for the male ones assuming this is an equal opportunity necromancer) but that would ratchet up the squick factor for me not amp it down. Some context is almost worse than no context. This isn't even from a feminism point of view necrophilia or implied necrophilia is just a big no for me.

I wanna see a game designer throw in a female zombie in a game with her tits lopped off. Maybe several. I think a lot more people would be uncomfortable seeing female zombies in a game with their tits just like, literally cut off the torso, while everything else just kind of naturally rotted away.
And then maybe you find some looney survivor who just has a fucking shack with rotting titties mounted on his walls.

I have no confirmation of that, but he's a man who thinks that it's perfectly fine to use Vogue as a base for the poses of his fabulous men. He used to have some issues with women, but it was mostly that he had no idea women were not actually different from men, and he realized he was being a doofus and started writing better women. [To be fair, it was the 80s and nobody was telling him to change at the time, but enough of a response happened to get him to think.]
In the end, he draws some beautifully androgynous people who are sufficiently of one gender that you can believe it, but can still make you think 'dude looks like a lady'.
[Also, women love his men, so there's that.]

Has anyone seen Tumblrinas do "screencap redraws"? It's exactly what it sounds like: they take a screenshot from a show they like, and then they "improve" it with their own shitty art style. The creepy Pearl picture I posted earlier is one of these. When Tumblrinas make these, they usually include the original screencap so you can see just how badly they fucked it up. For example:
