Honestly, with the state of things now, even as an Ace Attorney fan I avoid the fandom because there's so much ugly faggot shit that gets put on my dash (if not sjw, just plain ugly as fuck). But there are a lot of normal/good art from eastern fans (pixiv, etc) so it might just be better overall to never check the tags on sites like Insta/Tumblr/Twitter because there's definitely going to be shit art and flag edits of the characters for things like "urfavkillsproshippers" (Because this definitely does anything to help actual victims.)

NGL, after learning more about DSDs and the people who suffer from them, whenever I see it in fanart or fanfics it makes me SMH. They usually write male characters having fully functioning uteruses when it doesn't happen.

In certain sci-fi elements I could understand it, as technology has advanced to the point you can jump through worm holes and time travel, yet not a single one has taken a uniquely creative stance on it.

Fandom discourse is a helluva ride. There is a high degree of cannibalism among pro shippers, who are just as hypocritical as antis. The most recent development is Prostasia - an organization they supported for its support of hentai and loli - being outed as trying to get rid of age of consent laws. Many would like to see that reference scrubbed. OT but you get the point. Fandom can be very toxic.

Prominent users like 'antisdeleteyourblogsplz', a spastic herself, commented on how brutal the pro shipping community was towards each other.

As for art, I am in the Apex Legends fandom among others and there are some great fanworks. When it comes to spicy material, you might just get things like this.

I tried watching CentaurWorld and it has to be the single most, obnoxious cartoon I’ve ever seen. I’ve watched a lot of shit in my life but this show is so obnoxious. First of all, all the main characters, except the horse, is “SUPER RANDOM AND FUNNY”, TOO MUCH SINGING (Feels like I’m watching something from Vivziepop with the amount of fucking musicals you’re forced to sit through that’s supposed to move the story), and the main premise is just not used to it’s fullest potential to me.

Merging a serious universe with a pastel magic world is a neat premise but they fucked it up hard. It’s made for autistic children and the amount of adults praising this show is sad….
