Seems like he mostly talks to his mom and sister.
Occasionally he talks to other people who seem mostly disinterested, like, Sky will sperg a paragraph and the response will be "oh ok" or "lol"
Also he uses cringe Reddit memes, it all gave me a healthy dose of cancer

Here, I cleaned it up, deleted a lot of useless stuff, and turned it into a XLSX document for easier reading

Use either Microsoft Excel 2007 or later or Libreoffice Calc to open it. (I recommend the latter, the former might give you a harmless error message but you can still read it)

Thanks to @Fancy Bear for the original.

Note: Special characters like "&" and " ' " marks will look messed up, that was how it was in the original document

Gave some further cleanup, got rid of the error message in Excel, and did a find/replace on all messed up formatting:
