Lolcow Skylar Ittner / Keep Carroll Catholic / skylarmt / netsyms.com / Skylar the Troll Master - 50 lawyers turned him down / banned from college / banned from walmart

So I get that Skylar's a tard, but now I'm curious:

What would the distinction be between the candy bar situation and the car? (Common sense aside.)

So his logic seems to be: you're allowed to repossess property without advance warning if people fail to pay, because they do it with cars.

I think I follow what he's getting at. I mean, it's autistic, but not inconsistent. (Or well, one of his mistakes is that you couldn't steal a candy bar because you were never in possession of the candy bar in the first place. But you could probably retrieve your money, so long as you're not breaking the machine to get it.)

Am I on target here?

Heh, now I really want Skylar to get arrested trying to retrieve his property in some way. Or get beat up by a security guard trying to sneak into somewhere at night.

Repossessors are professionals (I mean, usually random rednecks, but still, they do it for a living), not random pudgy douchebags like Skylar.

So, what, Skylar is now an uncredited, unapproved expert in civil law or something? I will admit that if it wasn't for the absolute Pence-level of blind devotion to his faith, Skylar would be prime SJW material.

If only we could figure out what his faith actually is? All the Catholics in the thread are looking at him in bewilderment. It’s like watching someone who once read a book featuring Cathokics. And maybe saw the Thornbirds or The Exorcist? I pity the poor priest that has to deal with him.

Doesn't he claim he doesn't have autism? Cuz that "if your candy bar gets stuck they owe you a candy bar so you can legally enter their warehouse and take one" is.... staggeringly autistic thinking

I expect that kind of thinking from a six-year-old who genuinely thinks he or she has a genius level solution, and that no one has ever thought of it before they did.

I started by thinking that he just imagines a contract\transaction to be so inviolable such that the 'victim' can take it upon himself to do whatever he needs to in order to fulfill it. But of course there's no consistency in his claims when you think about them for more than a minute.

But it's simpler than that. He believes that if you are 'right' you can do pretty much whatever you want. And he always believes that he's right, so...

I think the Bible has something to say about the kind of "cleverness" Skylar believes he possesses:

"The LORD detests all the proud of heart. Be sure of this: They will not go unpunished."

By “they shall not go unpunished” safe bet is God means that he will be tased in the nut sack by pissed off mall security finally fed up with his idiocy.

I'm guessing that Skylar is missing the distinction that you don't own the car while you are making payments. You possess it, but until you finish payments and get the title, it isn't your property. Repossession is legal under those circumstances. As was mentioned above, you don't own the candy bar either until the vending process completes. If there is a problem with the sale then you contact the vendor for remedy. You don't get a right to a different candy bar in the warehouse.

Poor Skylar, he's never going to leave the nest. The real world won't be kind to his bizarre notions of how things should work.

Maybe we should introduce him to Dhul-Qarnaynism.

At some point in the future Skylar is going to have a breakdown and realize his amazing cockthirst, and become the most fucking insufferable Euphoric Atheist SJW garbage fire on the planet. Granted, that probably won't be for another 30 years or however long his parents have on the planet, because I don't see him giving in to his obvious gay lusts while they're still around.

It'll be just the worst. He'll go from being an asshole hypertheist who doesn't understand Christianity to an antitheist SJW who doesn't understand Christianity or SJW-politik.

Whatever he becomes, this thread will be here to document his escapades.

Dunno, the last attempt to kill the Farms came pretty close to success.

What, Vordak and the Autism League of Doom? All that did was make Null ultimately figure out how to reinforce the foundation of the site to prevent such a thing ever happening again, the League of Doom overplayed their hand trying to get the user data of everyone on the site AFTER getting the farms down (and subsequently started going after each other since their common enemy was largely defeated or so they thought), and Vordak himself fucked up by going after Null's aunt who release Carter-Ruck on his ass.

While engaging in the same old tired arguments about how he's supposedly not a homophobe, Skylar admits to gilding his own comments on reddit:

Skylar believes that yoga is some sort of Pagan or Satanic ritual, apparently:

Skylar continues to play space lawyer and reiterate his belief that if you are alleged to have violated any laws, rules or (in this case) zoning ordinances, you can just cry "autism" and authorities can't touch you because "discrimination":

Yoga really doesn't have a bases in religion though, as in it's own religion, but became part of Hinduism (which is a religion) and Buddhism (which is a philosophy) and even the Yoga that is practiced in Hinduism comes from a branch that studies philosophy over religion. Most yoga practiced today though is just used as exercise.

Hell, just using the term "pagan" would be wrong when speaking of Yoga if it's from the branch that comes from Hinduism as Hinduism is one of the worlds major religions (approximately 900 million followers). Judaism on the other hand would be considered "Pagan" as it has only has about 14 million followers.

Generally "Pagan" applies to religions of the non-Judeo-Christian tradition, and indeed often indigenous religious beliefs. It's got nothing to do with number of followers. There could be 10 Jews/Christians/Muslims on earth, and 8 Billion Hindus, and the Hindus would still be "Pagans".

EDIT: "Pagan" does carry with it some negative connotations in Western Society, I'd say, but regardless, the above applies. Generally it's used to describe neoPagans like people who follow Wicca or modern Druidism.

EDIT: On Topic, Skylar doesn't know anything about anything, and he constantly proves it.
