Good evening Kiwis,
I've been thinking about this for awhile and wanted to know if anyone here prefers to slip into sleep with the aid of music and if so, what kind?
I've also wanted some suggestions for awhile and who better to ask than kiwis.
Feel free to post links and even reasoning. Some of the stuff I snooze to has meaning to me even.
To start, I find it easier to nap with the help of World of Warcraft ambiance. I played it a lot as a kid and on and off as an adult, but the soothing music and ambiance of the starting zones played at low volume make me fall asleep much easier and faster than the norm. Here's a taste: https://youtu.be/MW4fASDkQXA
For nightly sleep, I have taken a liking to listening to the soothing instrumentals of The Green Kingdom, I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for new music to fall asleep to: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YJLnYNMTUqw&list=OLAK5uy_mqbHwnoCnjVbne9XTMbVtjNc9fZ8r1LvE
