Well when I was still ugly, I was considered very funny and charismatic (I remember someone outright saying I "have a lot of charisma" and people don't often mention stuff like that) but my sexual success was zero. Women literally treated me like I was invisible but to guys they all thought of me as their best friend and the "funniest person they know" etc. The girls that did like my personality saw me as "just a friend". I was also NOT insecure about my looks because at the time I still believed in the whole confidence, personality stuff.

It's impossible to answer your question but a lot of things would point to the increase in appearance being the cause of my success. Firstly, women comment on my appearance sometimes. Girls I used to know in the past mention that I "look much better", one of them was even flirting with me when before she also saw me as a "friend". In nightlife environments more women approach me, sometimes women make comments about how I'm "fit" or "handsome" though I'm still not really hot enough to get this consistently. Before I never got any of these things, and as mentioned the only time girls mentioned my looks was to say I'm "so ugly I make her feel sick".

Protip: Aside from getting fit in the gym and getting facial surgery after a horrible, disfiguring car accident, this whole" looksmaxing" thing is horseshit. There isn't all that much you can do. Not everybody who holds opposing views is instantly a feminist. For example, I believe you guys are full of shit about almost everything relationship-related, and yet I do not consider myself a feminist (or an MRA, for that matter).
