Yes I have seen many people. Most "ugly" people are ugly because they have awful acne, terrible glasses, morbidly obese etc. That guy is an example of an unfortunate face. THIS is what you'd classify as "severely debilitating"? If that was the case then 90% of the male population are eligible to be euthanize as per your standards. I can barely talk to strangers especially hot girls unless I'm drunk and just running at the mouth or otherwise already in a good mood. People are actually pretty surprised by it sometimes when they see my anxiety kick in. When I broke up with a girlfriend once people were asking me if I was alright at first and then they started avoiding me for awhile because I went from being everyone's fun guy to be around to fake smiling and staring at shit all the time, I think it was uncomfortable to even look at.
