Also to all the people doing those silly plastic surgery disaster videos, I can assure you I will not end up like this. A sliding genioplasty is a very common procedure done for chin deficiencies. A nasion filler is also a very simple process. I will not look "plastic."

So let's see.. in order to accept yourself, you go to a forum full of men to tell you what you already thought women think of your appearance and you're changing yourself based on that.
I'm not a psychologist but I'm pretty sure that's not how self-acceptance works.
