I'll be the first to admit 90% of the posters from our site are absolute shyte
However a coherent, accurate worldview is to be found there, if you dig hard enough.
Here's my interpretation of parts of it:
-Looks matter to women just as much, if not more, as they do to men
Women often trade off looks in return for resources, i.e. money

However, for casual sex (and for having a faithful partner) nothing beats actually being sexually attractive
-Yes, you can compensate for poor looks... but you'll
always be compensating
The rich, nerdy software developer? His wife at the very least
wants to cheat on him.
No amount of money, or even status, will help a women see his pasty, frail body and ugly face as sexually attractive.
-Yes, people settle. Not everyone can shoot for the stars and expect to actually succeed
-Surgery can improve your looks immensely, provided that you know what you're doing
The "ken doll" approach focuses on skin and fat, and makes you looks absolutely ridiculous... agreed
The better approach is fixing your bone structure with surgery and implants. This will look 100% natural, if you do it proportionally
Of course, for that you need to know at least the basics of facial attractiveness. Also photoshop helps as a "testing ground," so to speak.
