I thought I'd come and tell you a bit more about my experience. I tried the technique for a few weeks. At first, I was noticing some strong sensations whenever I did it. I felt a satisfying expansion throughout my skull, and depending on the day and turbinate I used, a variety of other sensations such as release of ear pressure, a feeling of my teeth shifting, and soreness in my nasal bridge. After a few weeks of this, it stopped working. For several days in a row, I did the inflations but did not feel anything. I decided to take an extended break and will come back to it in the future.

My jaw clicks from time to time after blowing my nose, then it goes away. Doing rinses and/or using nasal sprays has also changed the behavior of them.

If you do some reading around you will see that most of us do not like the name of the forum, there have been threads to change the name several times. But you see you have to use the fact I post on a forum with a certain subsection of a userbase to argue because it's not easy enough to discredit things I've said.
I'd say at least 50% of the Sluthate userbase are guys who are posting there because they want to improve their physical appearance. Where else should they go? Reddit?
