There's a misconception. Surgery is not as risky as it used to be. In fact you can fix things non-surgically now with injectable fillers. This is barely a step above using moisturizer quite honestly, and it's not risky if you go to a professional doctor rather than your local beauty school dropout. For actual surgery, risks are decreasing all the time especially when you do your research.

Balloons in the nose (NCR) is a total bullshit practice used to scam people, it does NOTHING AT ALL it's worse than homeopathy, it's not risky it's just nothing, it sucks.

This is a common misconception, they are not. It's proven by science. People have certain preferences but it doesn't have a great influence.
