It's because of posts like these that I think it's not possible to quantise intelligence. They certainly are cunning, but are they smart? Can they do complicated maths or understand complex subjects? Probably not, so I think they're stupid, but cunning. It's not hard to exploit a system to become rich and famous really.

When it comes down to hard intellegence like IQ, logic, solving skills, understanding of mathematics, etc I think the lolcow that'd be the smartest would be Terry Davis by a long shot.

There are surgeons and lawyers featured on this site, even if they can't do high-level maths, they can certainly excell in the fields that propelled them through their careers. If you're curious about intelligence, I can recommend Gardner's Theory of Multiple Intelligences, which divides IQ into numerous generalized and dymanic skillsets. Intelligence isn't simply a measure of one's crystalized abilities, but an evaluation of one's mental power, and a person who is consistently cunning must display some form of intellectual mastery.

This. Anyone really looking at the world has encountered or admired the antics of geniuses being so retarded that it begs the question of what they really are. It's obvious that you can have a well above average grasp of one faculty (say music or spatial reasoning) and be complete dunce verbally or socially. There are some people who really are retarded in every way and probably a few geniuses in every category, but neither is the norm. Intelligence is complicated. I don't think Gardner's model is perfect but it's a good way to think about it. It leaves the door open for subjective assessment of a person's intelligence (are some modalities more important than others in determining a person's overall intelligence? which ones?).

I know there are people who are radically anti-academia and think that you can get a PhD without having any smarts, but this really isn't true, even in the much-maligned social sciences. To get that far you really have to excel, even if that's only in one small area.

On another note, narcissism is the reason a lot of cows are cows and I don't think there's a strong correlation between narcissism and low intelligence. I'd say the smartest cow is probably of the trans cows with advanced degrees.

Narcissism is definitely the deciding factor in what separates a cow from another retard on the internet. If they simply don't care enough to respond to the trolls, they just become boring to laugh at

Stupid people are in some ways too stupid to be truly stupid. It self regulates after a bit when they screw themselves over. Really smart people have nearly unlimited capacity for stupidity, because they can carefully plan out their retardation. My Dad would always say that you need to be very smart to be that stupid.

Also, since everyone is saying Terry, I just want to mention that he is an exceptional individual in the real meaning of the phrase.
 
That's a good point. If Chris Chan were dumb to the point where he struggled to formulate ideas or string sentences together (yes, his ideas are generally highly derivative but he does manage to formulate them), we wouldn't have all the milk that we do. If a person is unable to express their thoughts at all, no one can point to and enjoy the full scope of their idiocy. To put out a strained analogy, thoughts or actions with an intelligence rating of zero are 'smarter' than thoughts or actions with a negative value. I've never thought of it in this way before.

Dr. Katherine Horton purportedly gained her PhD from Oxford and worked as a particle physicist at CERN before she completely went off the rails and became a skitzocow, so I'd say probably her, at least in terms of credentials. Her descent into madness is actually pretty sad, when you really think about it.
 
Unironically Terry Davis, he had actual talent in computer coding and designing it’s still incredibly sad he passed away from mental health related issues so early. Poor guy.
I also suppose Nassim Taleb, being a mathematical whizz is certainly a sign of genuine talent and intelligence I even if he’s insane and a huge narcissistic backstabber with inferiority issues.

Another arguable one I’d say is Brad Watson Miami, he’s completely insane but he has some actual talent in music from what Ive heard, definitely requires smarts of some kind.

Schizos can be insanely smart see Terry or John Nash. It's a incredibly sad and horrid disorder but doesn't effect IQ or usefulness.

Also, seeing how the CIA does nothing but sell drugs and give guns to dangerous people, I can't rule out they are all niggers and need to be run over.
