Yeah I believe that a hit piece could be in the works, I'm seeing "OMG JOJI WAS FILTHY FRANK" levels of posts on Twitter. Personally I hope it just weed out faggots. I don't think Adult Swim right now will really care. Season 3 got announced and it is a cheap show to make that is one of the more popular shows they have.
I think after the writer's strike last year studios realized that if normal people don't care about certain shit why should they. The attempt at cancelation is funny to me though because imagine comparing Zach talking to JHANTRON ten years ago about replacement theory to any other jagoff in Hollywood.

I don’t want the hit piece to happen but at the same time I do want to see how CURRENTYEAR handles a pure political “cancellation”

Justin Roiland was pretty cut and dry. Sure the domestic abuse charges were dropped but there WERE texts of him being sexual with a sixteen year old (was she older or younger? Legit don’t remember or care to Google)

I feel like if it doesn’t sway the ratings negatively (hell, it might even go up if people who consider themselves “based” haven’t watched the show yet)

We could be looking at solid proof that cancel culture is fucking over. Which would be nice to see in real time.

Anyway I just jumped on the Zach Hadel train and have been going through YouTube looking for his “bests” from the Oney/Sleepy shows. I like the other guys too.

I’m a bit peeved I didn’t know about these dudes sooner until after Smiling Friends. It was wild that even one of the Oney crew mentioned Kiwifarms during a play through (talking about international autists)

Fucking loved it, 10/10. The fever dream animation was on point and the robotic voice made it for me. Spamtopia seems like absolute hell.

They mentioned on the create unknown podcast that they wanted to have Chris Chan voice Grease in the Salty episode, but they couldn't afford another cameo voice actor, so they had someone else do it in a Chris-esque voice.

As far as hit pieces ago, this is such a monumental reach that I struggle to imagine this bringing down the show. Hell, I struggle to see how this could even turn the most left of the viewerbase to really give a shit as well. Just sounds like an article written by someone partially deranged and bitter that their unfunny, super original comedy show didn't get greenlit by adult swim.
