You are going to Brazil

Looking forward to this. Smiling friends started off okay and got really good by the end of the season. Glad to see Hadel and Cusack evolve

Well, tonight is the night and they've put out a final promotional poster.

It was an amusing ep but it wasnt anything special. Made me smile but didnt make me laugh out loud, I think not having it be in Brazil was fine but I was expecting it to be longer because it was billed as a special. They couldve built on the frustration and problems more if they did that
It was literally a one note joke, I'm very glad I watched it not knowing what would happen. I knew that they weren't going to go on a wacky adventure when they had spent two minutes with Pim calling the hotel and finding out he didn't book a room because each episode is only 11 minutes long.

It reminded me of Space Ghost, in one episode of Space Ghost the band just plays a super long intro for the whole episode and pretty much nothing happens. If they did cheap filler episodes like this all the time that'd be a problem but just as a holdover between Season 1 and 2 I'm content.

It gave me a bad flashback that I can now laugh at, while roadtripping I was in charge of booking the hotel room and fucked up because my dumbass accidently book a hotel that was a full hour & a half away from the actual city. This was not acceptable as we were only going to be there for two nights so I had to personally eat the extra costs of booking hotel at a 4 star place. I can still remember having to announce the embarrassment to my friends that I dun goofed.

Yeah, this was just typical Smiling Friends. Not that I'm complaining actually, it's really funny.

It reminded me of the chinese restaurant episode of Seinfeld, except for the brazilian man popping up, that felt like a real life experience one of them had.

If you've ever traveled with friends and one of them does something stupid early in the trip that you can't really yell at them about because it would fuck with the rest of the trip, that's what it was.
