Rotoscoping makes an appearance a handful of times. The other notable example is Doug, the brother of Dr. Psychotic. When they fight and hug, Dr. Psychotic also becomes rotoscoped.
Is Joel Haver's style rotoscoping? It feels like it's mostly post-processing.

What DOES Glep do? He's just there, but people acknowledge him.

I think there's a common consensus / headcanon that Glep might be the IT or general tech guy. Spoilers but in the last episode of S2 Charlie goes on an off-script mini speech about the accomplishments of the other SF and Glep is left out of that distinction too

For all we know he could just be their pet Eldritch critter, dude's over 1200 years old.

I think glep should stay a barely utilized character, but theres a difference between that and underutilized. Hope to see more glep than in season 2, but not too much.

I think theyre going to play Alan more straight from season 2 onwards. He's gone from weird speaking character to eccentric/stick-in-the-mud and I like that.

Damn, Allan best smiling friend, I love the whacky mess that can instantly appear from his character, like the whole thing with the landlord or when he start to fight with Charlie

I want more moments where he is weirdly passionate about tiny strange things like counting paper clips & his precious cheese like in the pilot in the next season. That eccentricity tied with his coin flip turn into straight man when odd characters like the shop spider and the wall guy shows up is what makes said character switch so effective.

"Thank God, finaLly."

Guess AS was picking up what people were putting down. It's humorous to me that they had to censor "Burnout Revenge". I'm also glad it's an official cut and not some sperg intermittently avoiding copyright by including "he just like me fr" text or something equally as inane.
