Sockness manipulated Chris with threat to stop the Merge, RPing as Magi-Chan

Maybe you've already said in another thread that I can't really find, but how do you think this is gonna end? I figure if anyone has an actually realistic view of what's gonna become of him it's you.
I know how Chris himself will react, but I don't really have a realistic understanding of how Barb's estate will get handled if no one is around to initiate the proceedings. I mean, would the coroner's office speak up and get things started? I guess at the very least, when Chris starts floundering in trying to pay the mortgage, the bank will notice.

I guess I don't really know how the legal/administrative side of things would work. And actually, I wonder if Bob/Barb had to get insured to pay off the mortgage if they died. Is that a thing banks require?

But, I guess eventually the bank will notice, possibly evict Chris, and then he'd flounder for a bit but eventually get into a shitty apartment. Landlords really love people with tugboats, so Chris would just live out the rest of his days in poverty.

Bleak but sounds about right.

To my knowledge, mortgage insurance is standard. I don't know if all states require it but mine does. I used to be the partner of a man whose father died without a will. The coroner contacts the courts. The courts contact the immediate family, or if none, the closest family there is. The court speaks with the family and instructs them how to legally proceed by declaring the value of the estate and instructing creditors how to file their claims with the court for any outstanding debts. The family basically has to work with the court in selling assets, if not enough money is in the bank, to pay such debts and a lot of the time that means selling the entire property. People have estate sale auctions to do this with the least fuss and stress. When all these debts and court fees have been satisfied, and I think there is a window of 90 days after the death announcement in the paper for creditors to make their claims, then whatever property and money remains is released to the family. The oldest offspring is named as the executor of the estate if there is no will declaring otherwise. This is a challenging process for normal people who are also dealing with grief and funeral arrangements. For Chris? He's gonna shit himself and do nothing. I've seen people do just that. Then, the state seizes the property, sells it off themselves, and claims the proceeds thereof. The person who is responsible but fails to act as executor is cited and fined.

TL : DR it aint gonna be purty. Chris is not competent to be the executor of the estate.

Edit: Will Cole be declared the executor instead? He's older. In that case he will proceed appropriately and Chris will have to find other accommodations.

I don't know, this shit just makes me feel sad really, I mean Chris is already mentally fucked up, it just bothers me that people will go out of there way to harass a mentally ill person, even if it is Chris.

For what, to get more "content" out of him, to get money, it just seems so sad and shallow.

I think this is part of what makes Chris burying his head in roleplaying 24/7 all the more frustrating, even enraging, for some Kiwis. It's obvious to everyone that serious shit is heading Chris's way and there's no escaping it. Yet, Chris is away in lalaland with cartoon ponies and hedgehogs and rainbows, and no amount of trying to get him to drop it and deal with reality is working.

Semper fi to older Kiwis who still care about Chris's welfare. After so many years of watching him and occasionally getting him out of a pinch, it's no surprise so many Chris watchers have no patience for him any more.

I still think white knights will save him when the inevitable happens, though. Quite possibly without Chris ever really having to leave cartoon hedgehog land.

If he refuses to learn through oral instruction, he'll be forced to learn by anal schooling.

I'll be honest I just find it all boring and anticlimactic at this point. I'm personally still struggling with how chris's head is full of stuff joshua wise put there, stuff chris can see in a positive context like the fictional world of hyperneptunifagtacula and its reeforcement but at the same time realize he was reamed for 6k? was it? by the same source putting this shit in his head? I was suprised when Marvin mentioned there was an countdown to the dimensional merge I was unaware of. To me chris is like a drug addict, not someone who just gets high every month or smokes weed but a true and honest daily heroin/crack addict eventually he will hit rock bottom and that's exactly what I'm waiting for, not gonna lie I'm going to enjoy watching the troon who kills kittens for financial gain and runs people over, molested megan blah blah blah; get whats coming to him. As I think it was ?@Mr 0 said, if it was him he's begging for another medallion to be shoved up his pooper these days. I kind wish someone would just remind him of that and what happens when he lets his imagination run wild and he's just unavoidably naive but, I doubt anything like that would save him from himself. Yes I'm going to enjoy seeing him crash and burn and I won't have anything personally to do with it, I'm just waiting on the next saga and keeping the popcorn and cocaine handy.

Too me sockness reminds me a lot of Andrew Cunanan

This is real fucked up.

Chris has a distinct style & he believed this convo occurred.

I watched him dancing naked and his creepy laugh
And then he reminds me of this scene. I thought it's Indiana Jones

Yeah, couple of weeks ago i thought of the pig scene too. It wouldn't surprise me if the Sock-ness Monster pulls something like that. But maybe we give him more credit as he is worth and in reality he is as much of a pussy as Chris himself. Maybe it's all show and nothing behind it.

He doesn't have enough of a dick to make a hamster squeak, much less a pig squeal.

If Chris was chasing or craving his fantasy shit like a junkie/crackhead does with dope then he will be very proactive about the merge. He would at least be with sockness right now . And i'm in favor of giving CWC speed/adderall or even pharmaceutical meth to help him be more motivated. A tweaker CWC could be the horde and Barb's biggest threat and nightmare.

Im more of a DR feelgood than a real doctor but adderal is effectively pharmaceutical grade meth. I think it could help I know its prescribed for narcoleptics and I do know someone extremely similar to Chris (30's lives with mom and dad sleeps half the day no job, honestly a total loser but, at least benign and he is my friend) and they gave him adderal for which I may or may not have recieved as a gift when he told me they weren't doing anything for him and he was planning on tossing them. I can only speak for myself but adderol is fucking awesome if you're already a productive person and pulling an all nighter on a project or when you get 3 hours of sleep and need to make it through a 10 hour shift; didn't Null used to use them? People with stagnant life syndrome like chris and my unnamed friend seem to be stuck till they are forced by gunpoint. All jokes aside my #1 concern chris might die if you gave him some uppers, wasn't he complaining about chest pains a few days ago?

Adderall is pretty much good ol amphetamines(I believe is mostly dextroamphetamine) but no way close to METH.
Pharmaceutical meth is commercially sold as Desoxyn.
I don't think those chest pains were anything serious, plus amphetamines or even super cartel meth are not really that cardiotoxic (and pretty much impossible to "OD"). Cocaine on the other hand it will rip your heart out.

not to get off topic but there was that stupid mexican kid who drank a sip meth when confronted by ICE trying to smuggle it across the border as fruit juice IIRC and he was dead with the hour, I always thought it was dumb his family sued over that. Obviously highly potent and who the fuck knows what the meth solution was entirely made of I suppose.

Nobody who is into crystal would be satisfied with adderall although it would help with withdrawal. Methamphetamine crosses the blood-brain barrier a lot more readily and therefore gives a lot more of a rush. Adderall is at least in theory formulated to last rather than give pleasure, so any speed freak given the choice is going to prefer meth, probably in some smokable or injectable form.

Serious fiends who get hold of a bunch of adderall would probably try to extract it in some way to make it more usable, much as junkies who get opiate containing medicines in some normal form would prefer to extract and concentrate.

Those chest pains were from being a fat fuck if from anything at all.

I don't know about you guys, but I think this whole situation seems like it could be an interesting ethical dilemma for the farms. Our observation only policy is generally respected by the majority of the site and it has produced the best and safest lulz for all of us here, but when does observation become too dangerous to keep up? Sockness is obviously a dangerous deranged individual, and really he should be in an institution of some kind. He is obviously deep into crazy and possibly violent occult shit and his mental instability and delusions of power are a legitimate threat to Chris' safety and well being. If he were to actually go to Chris' home and let's face it he would show up unannounced if he did at all, what would there be to stop him from causing severe bodily harm or even killing Barb and Chris? Barb is a frail old lady with a foot in the grave and Chris would probably just Curse-ye-hame-ha up until the moment sockness stabbed him 47 times. Honestly I'm starting to think someone needs to intervene to prevent an actual double homicide.

This is like trying to discuss the latest episode of GOT and some dangerhair keeps sperging about the rape scene being problematic, just watch the movie dude
