WHY IS THE COCA COLA COMPANY DOING THIS WHY CAN'T THEY KEEP IT CONSISTENT

Some apple sodas are pretty gross (that recent Fanta Beetlejuice candied apple soda was horrendous) but if you find a good one, they’re awesome. Jones green apple is pretty tasty, and old fucks like me who remember Slice and their apple soda know how good that shit was.
The green apple Mundet is my go to for apple soda when I'm wanting that flavor.
I've really enjoyed sparking water since having to cut out soda. It's around a dollar for two liters. It's very fizzy and it scratches the itch that an uncarbonated beverage just can't.
I do like this.

Guys do you think Mountain Dew would make a good mixer for anything alcoholic

I mostly mean original or Throwback ("real sugar" these days) but if you have good experiences with specialty flavors those are also fine.

I mean it's originally made to be a mixer with whiskey, so yes.

TAX: What are people's thoughts on the new blackberry Dr. Pepper? Just had it the other day, and found it quite delightful.

My local Kroger stores have been stocking Orange Cream Coca Cola and I tried the zero-sugar version recently. It's basically the same orange-vanilla Coke you can get in some Freestyle machines.
EDIT: My little brother recommended the Cherries and Cream Pepsi. It's pretty good.
I have a bottle of the zero-sugar variant and I'm not liking it despite liking Cherry Pepsi and vanilla Pepsi, it has this weird coconut-like taste that just isn't vibing with my tongue.

Wait, so Diet Coke has more caffeine content than Coke Zero?

Why?

Is it because Diet Coke was marketer as a weight loss aid, so higher caffeine content as an appetite suppressant?

Does it have something to do with the tinny taste of Diet Coke allows more caffeine to be hidden?

Still fucking pissed that Costco sold Mountain Dew Zero for like 2 months and then just stopped.
Literally my only options for diet drinks are diet colas or spending like $3 a can.

I found a candy store that has a bunch of sodas and stocks the Warheads soda. The first time I bought it I thought I would be horrible but now I crave the blue flavor. I’d rather drink one of those than eat candy

I've heard other people say that. It's likely the Pepsi has overlapping flavor compounds that are also used to imitate coconut, though I didn't notice it myself.

I do like coconut, however, so it wouldn't necessarily be a dealbreaker for me.

Quick review of most of the flavor gimmicks atm:
  • Dr. Pepper blackberry is the best, they should make it a fulltime thing
  • Cherry Vanilla Pepsi is some of the nastiest shit who approved this it tastes worse than the time Coke did it
  • Orange Coke is average, it's Coke with orange in it, feels like one of those 00s simple gimmicks
  • the tropical 7up is way better than their abortion of an attempt at a shirley temple

baja blast wasnt bad with jim bean honey but i was high as shit at the time so who knows

Alright, this is extremely autistic but I have some questions.

I like seltzers, been drinking them in place of sodas for a while now and are nice now and then. They are criminally overpriced for what they are.

I have looked at "soda makers" but they tend to have gay proprietary bullshit bundled with them and if I want to use for making mixed drinks for guests there's a bit of a wait time.

Alternatively: I can just get a keg or minikeg, fill it with water and Co2, and this is what I'm leaning towards. Has anyone else done this and are there any brands you all would recommend?
