There's a 52 page thread in QCS on D&D mods being huge faggots that kicked off last week. I've taken a 50,000 foot survey of the thread and it seems to be entirely 100% boring, with most of the first few pages riffing on a goon's incredible, "I put a football in my ass," non sequitur .

Only a dead, gay forum can produce so little entertainment while shitting on jannies.

i did a little looking at that last night and at least saw two things caught my eye that're worth sharing. i find it to be so on the nose that one of the d&d moderators is literally named "Commie" and was actively downplaying the ongoing genocide of the uighurs by the chinese. methinks he should just say that the women aren't being delivered to xi's politburo as sex slaves and that there are no camps. it's all "sinophobia!"

i didn't read any more past this because i felt it'd be extremely unhealthy. no idea how long the paywall's been up, but i'm amused by jeffrey maintaining it to conceal the fact somethingawful is populated by fascist admirers, including an extremist whom not too long ago was arrested for opening fire on innocent demonstrators.

What I recall from SA, from a female perspective:

- being groomed at age 15 by a male goon who claimed sexual relations with those on the younger side is natural, and it's only society shaming the victim which makes it bad
- being on a music offsite like 15 years ago where I participated in a mix-tape share and they doxxed me after learning- based on my name - that I was female. I was so protective of my safety I never even shared my sex on SA. I ended up getting stalked IRL as a result at age 16 by an adult man and had to go to police.
- on said SA music offsite, incel goons talking about how women can't have good taste in music and if otherwise it's mostly because a boyfriend introduced them to goon-approved musical artists (obvs)
- being disgusted on a SA files offsite by a gross goon posting 'intimate video' of him ramming his overweight female partner and the sex-starved porn addicts asking for more (lol)
- I don't want to get him in trouble because he wasn't actually creepy or scared me, but one of my high school teachers was from the SA part of the web and rather inappropriately let me know it
- smear doxxing, fake nudes and illegal revenge porn being posted on Something Sensitive and mods there not assisting me due to my being female (which website SA, SS or Tribalwar has the worst administration, I'm still undecided)
- FYAD participating in the psychological abuse of a legally-disabled domestic abuse survivor. Them mocking the suicide of a nice-but-troubled guy also troubled me, I can't get down with those Cluster B's.

Less traumatizing but still stupid:
- arguing with twink D&D/LF mod McCaine because the feminism thread was overrun by troons instead of actual women
- arguing with Lowtax over why he was having brotherly talks with Dare/Alex instead of immediately permabanning that lying serial sex-offender criminal (no offence to most criminals) It was notoriously hard to get in touch with Lowtax or anyone from the SA administration about this.

Lets recap what actually happened, Goons have been giving money to Lowtax for literal decades in the form of registrations, avatars and platinum upgrades despite him making less than zero effort to maintain proper upkeep and having absolutely no interest in the forum beyond it being a cash cow, I believe at one point he hadn't posted in a whole year.

Later on Lowtax came panhandling for money for his melted spine, after his first awful divorce, after all the stuff that went down with Shmorky and after the disaster involving Zen Death Robot. Gullible goons threw him tens of thousands of dollars for all of this, even as it became obvious that there was very questionable stuff going on with his two ex wives, one of which he openly made a thread about in the forums after she left him with their daughter where he planned to fuck her over by exploiting her immigration status. All of this was overwhelmingly supported by incredulous goons who also willingly turned a blind eye towards his obvious substance abuse issues and the fact that his ability to handle money at all was catastrophically terrible, and still they were throwing money at this patreon account.

Only after extremely retarded controversies with the Troons and when it was obvious that his latest spousal abuse incident couldn't be papered over did it become intolerable for Lowtax, possibly the worst webowner I've ever encountered in my time on the internet, who did as little as possible to help with the upkeep of his shitty site and always treated its users as cow to be milked for more money, who rarely produced any content of his own and what he did make was lazy and terrible, who had all kinds of incredibly dodgy histories with his partners that goons happily ignored and in fact took his side well past the emergence of things like Metoo, only then did goons jostle to get him to leave. And even then, this lazy, loser fuck with his mind addled by a cocktail of drink and opiates and who descended into being an unemployed deadbeat dad complaining about how women fucked him over, he was still able to extract a six figure price tag for him leaving the site (the exact number of which Jeffrey does not want to go into detail about) and its still up in the air if he might still be receiving some residual income from the site per their agreement.

These dumb fucking goons, and Jeffrey of Yospos in particular, they pretend like they've somehow cleansed themselves of all of this and they weren't complicit in Lowtax's ridiculous bullshit all because they couldn't bear to post on a different place on the internet, and now he wants to present this all as, in his words, 'Instead of folding and let this happen, I struck back. The community made it very clear that he was unwelcome, and used our leverage to force him to sell at a low price, preserving twenty years of internet history and our community'. This fucking clown, your 'striking back' was giving a known spousal abuser tens of thousands of dollars, after having already giving him hundreds of thousands of dollars over years, because you think your too good to post on reddit or just make a discord instead. And now he's trying to curry support in fucking Resetera (which, reminder, was created as a spin off of another site where there was a controversy with the owner, but instead of giving them tons of money to go away they did something that made way more sense and just made an alternate site) of all places, honestly Jeff if that's the kind of userbase you want to kowtow towards to prop up your faltering site and its permanently poisoned brand then go for it, its as much as you deserve.
