Blarms was a pretty small but vocal group of people that did not like the Sonic Boom changes(blarms, Knuckles, all the tape), Chris didn't even seem bothered by it, but people poked and prodded him enough and eventually the sleeping giant awoke and the rest is history.

Did people really egg him on with the blarms stuff? I thought that was all Chris and his exceptional nature. I think it's more that Chris discovered that people were angry about blarms and then latched onto it because he can't think for himself.

People egged him on, maybe Chris didn't really notice the changes at first(the whole lack of facial recognition thing), maybe his mind was blank but once it clicked in his head, he really flipped out over it. In order to get a reaction, or get Chris to do something, you have to nag him and nag him and nag him. This was one of those moments.

Yeah, pretty much. Like I think he saw the cartoon and enjoyed it for a bit. Then he saw somewhere that someone didn't like the arms, and then he looked closer and was like "what the fuck... they DID change the color of his arms REEEEEEE "
