As a geriatric 30 year old boomer my memories are failing. But from what I recollect as someone browsing /tv/ in 2019:

>/tv/ raids the discord, run by a single individual calling himself "Chad"
>discord owner converts the raiders into the fundamentals of prototypical soyjak culture (the soy duel, chad vs. soyboy, schizophrenia, "spinetingling horror", etc.)
>the new converts begin to raid /tv/ too
>eventually they are banned because the jannies love their A24 spinetingling slowburn horror
>end up on /qa/, then being used by /a/ and /lgbt/ (>actually the same board) as anime/random.
>create soy culture
>eventually get banned after /lgbt/ raid
>/qa/ wins final victory with 4chan hack
Is this true? Is there really some mythical "Chad" figure who came out of nowhere, created all of soyjak culture, refused to elaborate further, and then left?

Why is he not remembered by soyteens?
