albeit sharty blocks Tor entirely I think, and blocks file uploads from VPNs. there might be some VPNs whose ips aren't listed, and you can probably run your own VPN on a host server which won't be listed either, but most people can't/won't do that. it's much harder than that to ban evade in the sharty's case specifically

of course you still can't filter out the most dedicated autists with just ip bans but you can still filter out the majority of, well, whatever group it is you want to gatekeep, which is enough to stop the cvltvre from being diluted.

Can't bans use the computer's in built ID? All computers got a hardware ID. I assume that's how glowniggers track shieeet. Can't it be used on the P spam?
