I made a post about something similar a month ago and I'm pretty sure it's the same guy who did this dox. I did a little bit of research and they orbit some bird named "Peter Rex". I don't think they're 764 or foodists or O9A adjacent. I think they're just Xitter edgelord anime nazis.

Yes, that's Raygun groyper's new account, he was banned like twice by now. Peter Rex isn't on twitter anymore but he has a letterboxd, the reason why I think he's a foodist is because in addition to being an edgelord Nazi he's also a loli lover. He's also likely a young adult like any other foodist, since I remember a similar poster on 4chud years ago (in 2019), and while he was already a respected featherfag his specific brand of humor back then was way more "naive" and innocent I guess, and this sort of change seems pretty common in post-lockdown zoomers in their late teens/really early 20's
