But they give him the best visual jokes! He gets all these expressive hand gestures and faces in response to stuff, like way more than any other character.
That whole scene where every single thing he does while holding his gun is the opposite of everything you're supposed to do while holding a gun, the face when high command tells him to use his brain, the face when high command tells him to get back to the ship ASAP, every reaction he has to anything a Coagulator says - it all seems very GF/mom-like, like their sort of humour.

eta - also is he the one throwing the knife at Rudolph in the new one? he gets that punchline in episode 3, too. It's great.

It's even funnier when you see things like the video where they showed off fan art and their reactions to the pozzed/gay shit. Instead of frothing at the mouth, Tom and Don usually get a good chuckle out of it and often times genuinely praise any artistic merit a piece has. They seem to just be grateful that the show has reached enough people for ANY fan interest. Sometimes they'll even go along with it and theorycraft for shits and giggles. They don't even consider playing ball in the drama sphere. You don't have to spend long listening to Tom and Don on either their Flashgitz work or on the Cream Crew podcast to get a good idea of their world views. As Tom himself said, the fans of the show shouldn't worry about the show turning to gay shit because he and Don gatekeep enough on their own. They're degenerates, but they're MY brand of degenerate.

Honestly I still think the whole joke with every Psychowarrior going out of their way to kill the heretic for daring to make a (HURK) FEMALE Psychowarrior is one of the funniest jokes in the series so far.
 
Was re-watching The Imaginator and I don't know why I never picked up that Space King reveals it was Bryce who put the Psycho-boobies on Hatemonger's statisdisc. What Space King does best is its timing. The jokes don't drag on, and the show doesn't draw any attention to them. If you miss it you miss it. But that also lends itself to re-watching because sometimes you might notice something you missed before.
 
Not sure if anyone else has questioned or thought about this but why do the globules have the armour as the main part of the globule? and why is it even part of the globule in the first place, we know the armour isnt biological due to EP3 where they use chestnuts tools to revive the boredom victim and he just comes out naked and it cant be space king is a living set of armour since hatemongers is different and we all know space king has the star defender armour template.

what happens to the globules when people swap faction since hermey and other factors imply that psycho warriors can change legion, do the globules stay the same or change to fit the new role? and the biggest question is if you rewrite the information on the front of the globule [like removing the banned from geno bombs on captains globs] would that change how their minds work or is it just for infomation since xavery's globule just talks about stuff he likes doing?

I doubt theres any real answers to these but I just randomly went full sperg waiting for the rest of the family to walk up for kingsmas

The info printed on the globules is just for the Medicaes so they know who they are and which legion they belong to, specifically for the re-armoring on revive. The actual biological info is permanently encoded inside, the text doesn't change anything.

Like if you need an imaginator or someone from a specific legion you can just look at his globules and know if you need that guy or not.

I love these stupid details they add. But what does young Xavery's last birth being 8:42 (or B:42?) refer to? Is this a date, or is the casualty rate so so high (or the lad's play sessions so short) that they only bother to track the hour and minute?

Also it's comforting to know that in the grim darkness of the undetermined future, imperial units are still the default.

I think that's 13:42. Probably a high mortality rate.
