No. Just like Xenomorphs, no DMCA has never, ever been leveraged against any server. The servers only copyright trolled themselves. It was /tg/station's Errorage that preemptively resprited all metroids to slimes, and became the temporary pariah. I don't know any dates, but around 2012. Errorage was a form of proto-PJB, where he coded a lot and everyone hated him, but his changes stuck. I wouldn't be surprised if he trooned out since then. I have the metroids sprites, attached.

Fox has fucked with SS13 servers over aliens shit before. Most notably they DMCA'd CM over having the sprites on their website and threatened to get the domain colonial-marines.com from them back in 2017-2018.

Found this random ban appeal archive(What fucking assholes by the way, they really treated this guy like shit) from back when CM still owned the domain, if you whois it now it is owned by fox.

lummoxs servers are 20 year old dogshit it doesnt cost more than $10 to literally bring that shit down for a week. he can have cloudflare but its pointless when the attackers know the origin IP and fixing it would require having to fix the fucking byond pager to respect cloudflare and block non cloudflare ips but hes too retarded to do this lol
