I've been reading the Fantastic Four, starting from their first issue. This page is fantastic.

How so?
I agree with most of what you said, however:below are some questions I have that I feel the comic didn't really answer that made it disappointing for me.
if batman knew what Jokers name was all along why was he surprised when the Mobius chair said there was 3 of them?
if he knew the name all along, why did he ask the chair what the fucking Jokers name was?
how does Batman know what Jokers name was when in Issue 1 of three jokers the comic specifically explains WHY it is that Joker is completely unidentifiable? You can't get finger prints, you can't get dental records, you can't get DNA samples, so Batman figured it out....because he's Batman? which is the explanation the comic kinda gives.
why was the family at the end of the comic stated to be Jokers family, when, if I'm not mistaken, the last surviving Joker was the New 52 Joker which is not the same as the Killing Joke Joker which is what the family is from?
what was the actual point of any of this? they didn't succeed in making a new Joker, nothing new was really learned, nothing was changed. Nothing really happened.
art was fantastic tho.
I don't think its a coincidence this and essentially everything else johns has been building up to since Darkseid War got shafted and sidelined after he left DC and worked as a outside contractor, part of me thinks why this came out so late despite having the art done is Johns most likely had to make rewrites.DC built this up as one of the most important Batman comics ever. This is another thing that Rebirth was building up to.
And it just feels like another Batman Vs. Joker story. Nothing about it feel spectacular or unique. It’s not bad, just not as great as it was marketed to be.
I agree with most of what you said, however:
I He likely asked the chair for the same reason he asked it who killed his parents: to confirm its abilities.
I have an issue with this for the following reason.
Correct me if I'm wrong but wasn't Joe Chill never caught in canon? I'm confused because either Joe Chill WAS caught, and Batman asked the chair who was the murderer in the most publicized and famous murder case in Gotham city where everyone knows the answer, or Joe Chill wasn't caught and Batman asked the chair truly wanting to know and would need to confirm the answer himself and if he WASN'T caught, that puts another plothole in Three Jokers because Chill has been in prison, for decades in that book.
my comic autism aside, let's be honest. we all know the real reason. Geoff Johns came up with this cliff hanger, what? nearly 5 years ago? and over the course of time it just changed. That's why there's a shit ton of plot holes and unanswered questions. Because he opened with Plot A, then literally five years later decided to go with plot B and the two don't work together.
which is fine, I'm not saying this is the worst shit I've ever read, but was disappointing.
In current New 52 canon, I’m pretty sure Batman knows who did it, but he never got convicted for it.
Batman is the only one who knows who actually did it.
I think he could’ve been arrested for some other crime.
I do agree with your reason. @Czargon the Red nailed it saying that they wrote themselves into a corner with the original reveal. Personally, I believe that Geoff had some major reveal planned, but DC forced him to rewrite as it would be seen as too controversial.
Huh. I haven’t read Robin War (It is on my list coincidentally), but yeah, that is a pretty big plot-hole.I just want to say that I believe Joe Chill was caught and publicly convicted in New 52 because in Robin War, which takes place in New 52, one of the lil fucks pretending to be Robin is Joe Chill's son or related to Chill in some way because I remember him specifically having the line "No Chill will ever hold a gun again"
so at the very least his family knew he no scoped the Waynes but I don't think that's something you just come home and tell the wife and kids.
I know this contradicts what I said earlier about him never being caught, but comics are long and stupid and confusing and I just remembered this.
oh I also wanted to say that Wolverine art looks a fuck ton like Greg Capullo's art?

He would rather take the big Synder money and just keep drawing talking heads in Death Metal sadly.Huh. I haven’t read Robin War (It is on my list coincidentally), but yeah, that is a pretty big plot-hole.
honestly, I wish that there was never a “Three Jokers” reveal and this was just its own thing. Then DC wouldn’t be in this mess.
also, Greg Capullo’s Wolverine sounds fucking awesome. I don’t know why Marvel hasn’t gotten him to do it.

What's the deal with that? What was cliffhanger that took five years to resolve?Geoff Johns came up with this cliff hanger, what? nearly 5 years ago? and over the course of time it just changed.

I think of the new 52 era as very big DC editorial fuckery until Rebirth. In current New 52 canon, I’m pretty sure Batman knows who did it, but he never got convicted for it.

I've forgotten Robin War and the We are Robin shit. The only notable thing was Duke Thomas, aka Signal, came out of it.I just want to say that I believe Joe Chill was caught and publicly convicted in New 52 because in Robin War, which takes place in New 52, one of the lil fucks pretending to be Robin is Joe Chill's son or related to Chill in some way because I remember him specifically having the line "No Chill will ever hold a gun again"

I highkey thought the 3 Jokers was going to be some reveal that three Jokers survived the Crisis on Infinite Earths and we somehow wound up with Earth 1 Joker from the 60s, Earth 2 Joker from the 40s, and Post COIE Earths Joker that fucking crowbar'd Jason and crippled Barbara.Huh. I haven’t read Robin War (It is on my list coincidentally), but yeah, that is a pretty big plot-hole.

Joker's too high profile to do this kinda experimental-ish thing these days. Now if this was pre-Flashpoint then it'd probably have been a hell of a story. What's the deal with that? What was cliffhanger that took five years to resolve?
I like knowing what's going on with comics but don't actually know any of the details of the stories, especially the insane crossovers. The X-Men swords thing, for example; I know there was a big status quo change for the mutants, but don't know anything about this new event.
I guess I essentially want summaries or overviews of what happened, but told by non-assholes, which rules out every comic book resource I know except perhaps here.
I'm picturing Geoff Johns did this as a drinking bet or sth.the cliff hanger was Batman finding out there's more than one Joker.
how was this resolved you ask? Good question. It kind of wasn't.
feels like they're still trying to hammer in something that doesn't need to be hammered in.ATLA comics are a fucking mistake; is more strange that the drafstman is a japanese settled in USA. Seeing one of the first Gweenpool's comics... man, he can't draw more than a one feminine face.
TLOK comics are cringe as fuck. Near all those plots are going to nothing and Korra still acts like a brainless brat... And i thought letting spirit portals open around the world are worse.
And remember children, banning homosexual acts is literally a act of the devil against genocide, like this strip:

Does that make the Tangent Comics Jokers canon?
Or would that be too entertaining for Current Year?
