@TheCakeIsALie a couple months ago I shared a Tumblr post in this thread where an MTF's blood clotting disorder worsened after starting E. He vehemetely denied that his HRT caused him to experience more episodes that nearly killed him, especially after his gender clinic took him off of it for that reason. But it appears that the occurrences skyrocketed in frequency and intensity right after he began taking his "life saving" medication. Either way, he decided that he'd rather have a shorter lifespan on bathtub estrogen than to live longer and slightly healthier because he's that deep in his AGP fantasies. You can't save someone that doesn't want to be saved.

You are awesome. Gruffin is one of the people in this thread that has stayed with me not just because of her infamous rotdog but also at how extensively she's documented her decline.

I dont think she'll ever truly understand what the phallo did to her unless she somehow survives to her 30s or 40s as a renal patient, she might notice by then that she lost her prime years to a single elective surgery to get a pseudo penis that doesn't even work anyway.

But she'll only live that long if she manages to get a donor kidney. People that depend on dialysis dont usually live long, the survival rate of 5 years seem to be 30% or something.

I think at the most she'll realize that her problems started around the time that she got the phallo, but will deny so hard that she will persuade herself that something other than the procedure directly destroyed her kidneys. If she is indeed experiencing issues like brain bleeds on top of everything, I can't see her surviving long enough for a donor kidney. And even then, 30 is incredibly optimistic. Especially if she very likely still wouldn't be able to pee on her own anyway whether or not the donor kidney held.

When I was in the final couple years of high school, one of the boys made the brilliant decision to pass out drunk at a party hosted by our peers. They did the traditional, and shaved one of his legs, one of his arms and one of his eyebrows. Sobering up the next day, he realised that he looked ridiculous, and shaved his other eyebrow and limbs so that at least he matched. Back at school, he was thoroughly ribbed for a few days, bore it with good humour, then his eyebrows and body hair started growing back, and he and everyone else moved on with their lives, with the pleasant memory of a great party. The end.

ETA: a 5 ft male fully grown has to have growth hormone deficiency or a syndrome as that’s very abnormal. But a 5 ft female is perfectly normal. So if Griffin is a ftm, her height isn’t an indication of anything

I can’t quote or reply to posts when they’re so long, but 5 ft as a male is the literal, medication definition of short stature. The thing is though, it could be idiopathic or as part of a syndrome.

It could be as simple as growth hormone deficiency or something else. GHD explains the baby face and everything as Andy Milonakis also looks very young, but he is 5’6 or so, not 5 ft tall. So there is at least something awry with Guffin.

If she ever connects the phallo to her dead kidneys, she'll probably think it was because of bad luck or bad surgeons. Which isnt necessarily untrue but she wont admit the surgery itself is all sorts of fucked up too.

And I also dont see her living past her 30s, cause I don't think she'll get a donor. I hope I am wrong, she is younger than me and shouldnt die like this, but it is what it is.
I'm almost sure her urethra is gone for good so she'll have to use a catheter to pee if she gets a donor kidney, and it sucks that this is her best case scenario.

Usually younger people get put on priority for transplants because the risks of complications and the whole thing failing are lower. Being healthier overall helps.

But in gruffins case? Shes addicted to heroin, her whole urinary system (not just her kidneys) is as good as dead, takes testosterone, we don't even know what cross sex testosterone can do to a transplant patient, she has lupus and her whole body is fighting against her right now.
Any 50 or 60 year old patient with chronic kidney disease but otherwise healthy probably have a better chance than her.

She's responsible for her choices as an adult but there is something to be said by pointing out a preteen got started down the medical experiment route and she likely didn't do it alone.

She came out at 13 as a real manly man, and totally wasn't groomed or influenced in any way! All of this all the way down to the kidney failure and brain bleed was 100% consensual. Now we all know 13 year olds make the best decisions, very cool.

It's crazy what all kinds of fun and gender euphoric things you get to experience when you give a direct route for bacteria to reach the bladder. One with hair on the inside and all kinds of fun little nooks and crevices for bacteria to fester and feed on fermenting peepee. Of course, I'm not denying she was groomed into this but the fact is she is still continuing to identify as trans, actively promoting this lifestyle which perpetuates the issue and continues the acceptance that these surgeries are life saving so I'm finding it difficult to empathise with the "no regrets" crowd. Even if they were brainwashed. Same level as people continuing to smoke for example, I don't believe they should be eligible for lung transplants. Some children who were sexually abused go on to abuse children themselves, they also lose my sympathy. At some point in adulthood, people have to become responsible for their own actions.
