Brazillian butt lifts/fat transfers can be used to fill and round out the hips. That's usually what happened when you see Insta models who look like molar teeth.

You can buy 'butt enhancing' garments so I am sure there are ones that enhance your hips as well. Wearing a specially designed corset (not a cheap costuming one, you'd have to get it specially designed and fitted) might help as well to give a bit of an illusion of an hourglass shape, and an underbust one would also help with the floppy boob problem MtFs have. Of course, buying/fitting/wearing a corset involves actual effort so I don't expect to ever see it.
BBLs are considered one of the most dangerous plastic surgeries. The risk for a fat embolism is high and most reputable surgeons won't do them anymore.
But like all the rest of these surgeries, the unethical doctors just care about the money.

That's the cheap Amazon version, so I assume there are nicer products too. Wear that with a good underbust corset and an A-line skirt and you might be okay, assuming you are not shaped like Chris Evans.
Chubby men might actually have an easier time with it because you can presumably squish your fat in around your waist and look more hourglass that way.
This is all just me guessing, though, I have not seen any transwomen talk about this stuff because most of them these days are happy to grow long scraggly hair and change their name to Kimberley and then they're done.
Yeah, BBLs tend to sag because it's all fat. You should really be doing a lot of weight lifting so there's a base of muscle to support it, but if you were willing to put in that work you wouldn't have gotten a BBL in the first place.
It's also the most lethal cosmetic procedure, 1 in 3000 patients die of fat embolisms.
I know a lot of troons go through the transition process for the fetish but I honestly have to wonder. Why would you go through the process of transitioning knowing that you won't be accepted in the gender/sex space you desire or take surgeries that ultimately damage your body? Trannies like Blaire White may look fine now but fast forward 10 years later, that plastic surgery is going to fade and wear badly.
I'm so dumbfounded by all this. A bit of therapy, coping methods and some medication sounds like a far more rational and logical answer than spending thousands of money on surgeries hormones, and ill fitting clothes but I imagine these people's brains are beyond damaged so that's not going to happen.
I imagine in the near future, it'll be far too late and a lot of well meaning people who endorsed rans activism and other woke nonsense are going to tell us, "Holy fuck, we REALLY should've listened!" and regret everything just for the sake of feelings over facts.
TLDR; Transgenderism is just pure foolishness and anyone pushing it really isn't thinking enough about the consequences.
Sorry for laaaaaaaaate post but really I'm tired of all these videos and comments about the problem without offering any kind of solutions, I get it, some girls hate being girls because of society, now what? What if a girl come accross this video? What kind of advice should she get? I've never seen radfem talked about coping mechanisms for FtMtF, or help, just "Poor girls cutting themselves, if only we can do something...", what are you waiting for then?
Vanessa is the perfect example of the insensitive radfem.
A lot of radfems often have sharp tongues and it really doesn't help people understand where they're coming from when we deal with situations like this.

Desperation, mostly. A lot of these people, as delusional as they are, are still being taken advantage of by predatory and exploitative medical institutions that seek to turn them into lifelong medical patients. This would be bad by itself, but it is something they brought on themselves. Trans activists broke down the barriers and guidelines that they deemed to be "gatekeeping", they did away with the therapy and psychiatry visits, and they threw away every hoop they thought was too hard to jump through so that they could begin pushing the informed consent model.
For those who are unaware, the old model included two years of "real-life experience" (RLE) of living and dressing as the opposite sex, a letter of recommendation from two different psychiatrists, and countless therapy sessions to get those letters to weed out anyone who would inevitably regret the process. Something a lot of people forget now is that, before queer theory gained traction in the late 90s, every transsexual was also homosexual, and the vast majority of them were men. Being gay was always diagnostic criteria that had to be met before they would even consider you transsexual, so make of that what you will. The history behind transgenderism is steeped in homophobia and sexism.
The informed consent model is the worst thing that could have happened to the "trans" community. All you get is a few printouts of expected changes and possible "complications" (which are never thorough) that you are expected to read over, and then some forms to sign, usually within the same appointment. You (usually) get one additional "therapy" appointment (with a trans-approved therapist, of course) after that so they can approve you for HRT and SRS down the line. At no point are you questioned or screened for mental illness, neurological conditions, or childhood trauma, and even if you do express doubts, someone will always be there to affirm, validate, and lovebomb you. It's insanity.

Radfem tumblr/twitter devolves into a mess of screaming and crying whenever you dare tell them that maybe, just maybe, referring to people as "mutilated" and disgusting to their faces is insensitive and uncalled for. Like Sonya-chan said, a lot of radfems pretend to care about detransitioned women, but drop the act the moment these women call them out for their insensitivity and cruelness. I'm sure some actually want to help, but their advice always comes off as condescending and performative, especially when they have never been dysphoric and desperate themselves.
They chose to butcher their healthy bodies and now they are crying because the evil radfems are using mean words. Multilated, butchered, mangled...that's exactly what their body parts are & what they wanted. They were cruel to their own bodies and to other people since they were gender loons.

I don't disagree with you, but it does exemplify my point that radfems can be needlessly cruel to detransitioned women, and that in turn doesn't help anything, like Legoshi said. A lot of detransitioned women are deeply mentally ill and turn to radical feminism in an attempt to heal and recover from the unhealthy mindset and abuse instilled in them by trans activism, only to be treated like Frankenstein's monster once they get out. It's fine to have a sharp tongue and strong beliefs, but this behavior comes off as a total lack of sympathy and drives them away from otherwise supportive groups and into hiding. That's all.

It honestly does depend on the situation for me. I have so much sympathy for younger women and men who are taken advantage by pharmaceutical industries and older transactivists who know full well the damage they may cause. These are usually individuals who have tons of other issues like body dysmorphia and are LGB.
On the other hand, married middle age men with children and autogynephilic self-loathing incels? Absofuckinlutely not! They're at the age where they should understand the consequences transitioning will do to those around them. But no, they're narcissists who want instant gratification no matter how much it may hurt their friends, wives, children, and other loved ones. Screw them.

I find a lot of radical feminists like Sister Outrider or Asian Femifesto who spend all their time whining on Twitter about petty things like slandering other feminists without actual evidence for saying things they don't like or agree with very childish and incredibly annoying. As much as I support their right to speak on this subject without threats or violence, I don't think they're the best candidates to speak on the problem of trans ideology in general. They're also appallingly terrible with taking criticism. They derail anything by calling those critical "pathetic males" or changing the subject to a completely unrelated topic. They won't listen to anyone else unless if it's in their own little bubble. When people feel that you aren't treating others well and then you accuse them of "misogyny" and cry "patriarchy" no one will listen. Being a nasty "rudefem" won't get you far in life.
We need more empathetic and kinder figures in this debate like Debra Soh and Abigail Shrier who are both very nuanced and down to earth. I adore both of them, not just for how they speak about this subject with such tact and grace, but their general personalities as well. Debra is incredibly relatable and Abigail comes across as very gentle natured.
I'd also like to hear more male detransitioner voices too in the future hopefully because they shouldn't be ignored in this debate.
I watched this when it was released, and I think it was an excellent interview, particularly in highlighting the difference between HSTS and AGP. The detransitioner being interviewed is HSTS (definitely homosexual, no gynephilic attraction whatsoever) and at one point Boyce asks him how he related to "Chelsea", his cross-gender persona, and he mentions it was sort of a "seamless" shift, and he actually has to stop and think about what is being asked. AGPs are basically in love with their "feminine" self, so their affectated persona will be much more elaborate and starkly different from the AGP's "boy-mode" self. There is always a conscious shift in character with them.
Boyce asks that question at 14:15, if anyone wants to listen to just that part.
that's my point. there's a dozen threads of photos/individual troons with all the hilarity that entails, but only this thread addressing the doctors and that community's complicity in covering up their mistakes.
Can anyone here that is well-versed in these pus buckets identify which butcher's work we are looking at?
The caption though, "I’m in an extremely dark place and can’t stop crying. Can any of you give me advice? Is there hope?" Hope for what? That their glans can be salvaged? I don't get it. No amhole can pass. Every SRS procedure never passes so I wonder if this person is actually that delusional.
You'd think by now some of these people would learn that it is practically standard SRS procedure to ghost your patients as soon as complications inevitably arise.
Actual doctors that care about their patients would at least have an emergency line open on the weekend for communication.

At one point I used to be sympathetic but the more I see detransitioners talk about themselves, it's becoming difficult for me to be sensitive anymore. I know, desperation, I know that part of why someone trooned out is the medical system and existing homophobia preying on people who felt compelled to transition. I've always said that transitioning had always had a root in the attempt to "trans the gays away".
But the issue is that, there's a common mentality that's found in many transgender people. Such as the lack of responsibility, being very self centered and believing everyone should cater to them. Many detransitioned people still think like a troon. They just seemed to think that they can keep blaming everyone around them for their mistakes, guilting others, being generally ungrateful bunches who kept crying for gibs and sympathy. This as a substitute for not having to learn to accept themselves and their pasts decisions. I can still see these issues, detachment and body image problems in many detrans interviews. They still have that 'chasing the dragon' effect that's no different from their behaviours when they were troons. A lot of them also seem to have delusional standards about sex and gender roles too. These are something they have to work on it
It's a counterproductive if we keep trying to be an uncritical hugboxes because they'd never have the incentive to work on themselves, while putting the load on everyone to bear. (Just like troons)
And I also know detransitioners who truly managed to move on. (Usually an older ones, the one who detransitioned before everything got a traction). While Radfems can be a little extreme and insensitive - I think they're just being wary of the possible behaviours that could come out of detrans people that's similar to narcissistic trannies who took over their spaces, and subverted it against the original members' will. Just like how old lefts hated how woke IDpollers turned 'socialism' into the mess we're seeing now. (And this is from someone who dislike radfems and other men-hating lunacy)
I kind of know that true free will isn't real and we're all the products of environment. But there's still something we can say that we can choose to do and we shouldn't be enabling of addiction, even it's an addiction that replaced a worse addiction. - you can be caring while realising some tough love is required. These people should deal with the ideas that not everyone will bow down to them eternally and get over the fact that unless they're groomed at 3 years old like Jazz, they pretty much take it on themselves and it's irreversible.
And a lot of time "mental illnesses" are just largely excuse to stay in helplessness.
Many detrooners who got bitter are like those who think self harm scars are brave and stunning and if you disagree you're a bigot. And as much I can overlook their past and a accept them (if they're not annoying) because people can change, I'm not going to applaud your scars or your twice mangled crotch as an amazing ~**JoURnEy**~ to self discovery.
