Kinda fucking weird that a game that fully allows (and encourages) you to play as a massive racist was made by tranny retards.
Also fucked up that communists made a game where you have to work for EXP instead of everyone getting it for free (I guess you're part of the massive slave race communists want to create but never mention in their advertising???)

A note on the Putus Templar: of the various antagonistic factions that populate Qud, the Templar are particularly relevant in the present day. Their goals are eugenics and genocide, and their means are extermination and subjugation. We do not wish to quell discussion or speculation on them, but be conscious that discussion can easily veer into the code of conduct breaches described above. Facetious support of the Templar's fascist and genocidal behaviour is prohibited. At best, reads as callousness to the reality of these things. At worst, it reads as actual support. Motherfucker it's a video game. Moreover, it's a video game where I can murder, mutilate, brainwash and pillage to my heart's content. Playing as the dollar store Imperium of Man is a bridge too far, but it's totally okay to rip somebody's face off and wear it as a mask to the moron party.

That's mostly because a lot of the SS13 community was, at least up to that point, of a mentality of "MUH SEEKRIT CLUB" when it came to the game and they absolutely hated any fresh influx of new players because it usually brought along the problem of "greytiding" (basically, every new player rolls Assistant to "learn the game" but ends up just rioting on the station and trying to make other spessman go horizontal because haha funny) for a month or two until things settled down.

What the most autistic of SS13 vets fail to realize sometimes is that eventually a good number of people will get out of that "greytide" mentality and will want to learn how to play the game for real and have a good time, and, like another notable figure in the SS13 community has pointed out time and again, as long as you're patient with other people and you're willing to teach them on the fly if they need help, it'll go a long way towards gaining more returning players who want to respect the proper flow of each round instead of just tiders.

Starsector has a slow dev cycle. The next patch is a complete overhaul of the character skill system, it was always going to take awhile. About the only thing Alex didn't extensively balance was orbital stations, since they're balanced around wrecking fleets of AI ships.

That's probably my favorite game I've learned of from Sseth and I never would have known about it otherwise. Never would have given it a chance if the community had been a bunch of inhospitable crybully faggots either.

CDDA community was happy too. There was a massive increase of players/contributors thanks to Seth (things have slowed down a bit though). Seth should rally focus on games from chills devs/communities if he reviews new games, CoQ was a mistake. Those CoQ devs will buy animals/children (to rape them ofc) with the easy money they got.

Man, fuck you devs, and fuck your game. I suppose that probably proves their point, but fuck it. Liking a person's Youtube videos doesn't make you "unpleasant." Calling potential customers "unpleasant," however, makes you a shitty dev. It's a shame too, because the game looks interesting.

Meh. Cataclysm Dark Days Ahead is the superior post-apocalyptic roguelike anyway, and it's free.
